There is no Washer/Dryer inside the unit, but this amenity is available at the Development, on the 1st Floor for Coin Operated Laundry Use.

Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time. You can walk to many restaurants, shops & the Ocean!

This was perfect as far as view and proximity to everything! It was a bit loud at times, but settled down after 9pm. We loved our stay here, the bed was very comfy, the couch a bit hard being a pull out, but we didn't spend much time there anyway, too busy enjoying the amazing beaches and walking downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room but no luggage racks or ironing board.

We do want to mention that the listing and marketing information does state that the property does not have AC, though we certainly understand how the warmer island temperatures may not be ideal for every guest. Ceiling and portable fans are provided to help with airflow and comfort. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding luggage racks and an ironing board and will certainly review those items with the owner for possible future additions. Annual Kailua Kona Away from the Grind

Good overall stay with central location close to stores and restaurants. Amazing view of Kailua Bay. Only thing was one of the glasses was missing when we arrived.

I was a little concerned that there was no AC but with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans there was absolutely no need for it. Loved the view on the balcony and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Fun short stay in Kailua

Communication was excellent and made the whole process very easy. The view was wonderful and the unit was very lovely. Had a great time visiting with some ohana.

Great location!

Amazing location to downtown and beach! Hot without AC, but doable with fans and breeze. Clean property and responsive host. Giving a 5 star on the app, but probably would say 4.6 for uncomfortable couch and bed, but we would recommend and we will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay.

This property was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Something to keep in mind is it is in the city so you will hear quite a bit of noise during the night. The windows aren’t tight so they let outside noise in.
