Mayapple Ridge - Hot tub, Pool Table, Firepit

Welcome to Mayapple Ridge! This lovely mountain home is located in the Valle Crucis area and close to the historic original Mast General Store, the Mast Store Annex and the Valle Crucis Community Park.

Mayapple Ridge is a three bedroom, two and a half bath cabin with central air, Wi-Fi and a lower level game room with a pool table.

On the main floor you'll find the family room with a gas log fireplace, half bath, kitchen and dining room that seats eight. The master bedroom with king bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower is also on the main floor.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full underneath.

In the loft area just outside of these two bedrooms is a twin daybed with an additional pull-out twin bed underneath.

Downstairs you will discover the game room with a TV and pool table. Outside you'll find the hot tub, gas grill and a nice cozy fire pit with chairs around it so you can enjoy some s'mores or just enjoy the evening by the fire. Come stay at Mayapple Ridge and enjoy these amenities now!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- This home is pet friendly and allows 1 mature well-trained dog. Pet rent is $25+tax per night.
- Firewood may be purchased for the outdoor firepit at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
