We are excited to have you come and stay at our Beach Bungalow, walking distance to the beautiful shores of Seagrove and only steps to the pool and hot tub! The home was remodeled and much of the place is like new. We want to be sure your vacation is incredible from start to finish, so we do our best to make certain the home is ready for you, your family, and your friends!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time while staying at the bungalow! Easy beach access and the pool area has lots of seating and umbrellas. The bungalow itself was well appointed and clean. My FIL spent a lot of the trip reading on the upstairs balcony. We met another family who had been vacationing in the bungalow enclave for 3 years! I can definitely see why. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location in the middle of 30-A

Perfect location to hop on your bike and go left or right to explore. Nice home on the back which we preferred the quiet and not a lot of other guests around. Nice to have the laundry room/bathroom downstairs. Look forward to visiting again.

Relaxing Stay with Fabulous Pool

We had an excellent stay at Seagrove. We stayed as a family and the kids absolutely adored the swimming pool that is just a short walk away. Very clean and well laid out house. We certainly gave the washer and dryer a work out and it was up to the task. The downstairs toilet could use an update as it flushes very slowly. The property owner contacted me quickly throughout our stay and was always making sure we were satisfied. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable master bed. Thank you forva wonderful week!

Beach vacation

It was one of my favorite family vacations. The weather held out. The worst thing about it was the double red flags. No one can control the weather. The only thing I wish that would have been in greater detail was about the public beach access. We learned quickly to go down very early in the mornings to put our chairs out and when you first come off beach access it’s a private beach you a little walk to get to public beach.

Sea Grove Stay

Our stay in Sea Grove was a hit. The pool was outstanding. The beach was as advertised but confusing when you reached the beach with signs indicating "private beach." It was not clear where we were permitted. The only reason the rating was not 5 stars across the board is some dated information. In the unit was some paperwork with an old (inactive) door code and information on bicycles that went with the unit that if they existed were not found).

Loved our stay!

We had so much fun at 30A. The beach was beautiful, and just a very short bike ride from the house. There was a beach wagon, umbrella, a few beach chairs, and even a few toys. So nice to have those things ready to use at the house when we arrived. Peter was super responsive when we had questions, recommending a bike rental place just down the street and recommending some great restaurants. The house was very clean and nice. We cooked a few simple meals during our stay and had everything we needed. The kids LOVED the community pool. I was surprised by how big the pool was! There were always a few families there, but it never felt crowded. Overall, we loved our first visit to 30A and we really enjoyed the house/community.

Happy Family of 4

My family of 4 + our furbaby throughly enjoyed our week. The home was clean and comfortable. Checkin was simple and communication could not have been better. Distance to the beach was not bad at all. Especially with the wagon provided! That was a great bonus! The public beach area was not over crowded and we had no issues finding the perfect spot. The beaches are absolutely beautiful! We only visited the pool once bc we love the beach but it was very clean and my daughter enjoyed the large hot tub. We did bring our dog for the first time and found the neighborhood very dog friendly. There was plenty of space to get him out and explore. We would definitely return to this property and hope to soon!

Just what we needed!

My family of 4 and my sister and brother-in-law traveled down to our favorite Florida destination at the end of April 2023. We stayed in this Bungalow for 8 nights and it was just right! We have stayed in other Bungalows in the same complex on previous visits so we knew basically what to expect but Pete and Chris provide a bit extra than most places we have stayed over the years. It was great to have a Beach Wagon, plenty of bag chairs, pool noodles and even a few beach toys. The house was stocked with more than just 1 roll of paper towels and a few for each bathroom which was great. There were plenty of dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent for our use. It's possible that was leftover from other guests but still, it was great to have. Pete was available for any and all questions we had leading up to the trip and even while there. It was truly great to work with individual owners instead of just a property management company. They really care about their guests. If we travel down with a small group again I would definitely reach out for availablity to stay again.
