This home is located in the back cul-de-sac of The Bungalows at Seagrove, pull right up and walk in! Just a straight shot down Somerset Bridge Rd to the public beach access for all of your fun and sun! King bed in master, queen and twin size trundle in 2nd bedroom. 3 Smart TV's. The Bungalows has 2 pools and a large heated hot tub. Walk to great local restaurants, Goatfeathers Seafood market, Angelina's, Surfing Deer, Bud and Ally's, Donut Hut, Boggo Brothers Pizza, just a few minutes to Cumberland Convenience Store, in case you forgot something. Close to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach.
Things to know: Free WIFI, Golf carts are allowed, plus this property has a golf cart charging station.
South Walton is home to more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails, some paved others natural. Timpoochee Trail is along Scenic Hwy 30a, 18.5 miles. Other trailways nearby include: Scenic Gulf Drive Trial, Topsail Hill State Park, Greenway Trails and many more.

Great location and quiet at night

Great house to stay in. Conveniently located between Rosemary and Seaside. Seaside was our favorite. It would be nice if chairs were placed on 2nd floor balcony but other than that we loved our stay.

Amazing place

Wishing their was 1 assigned parking spot for house, short walk to beach, very nice pool..ac worked great which is nice down in the florida heat..all in all great trip and property very clean, grill was nice we were able to cook all of our meals perfect for a family on a budget..plan on making a trip every year if possible!

2nd stay here

This was our second stay here and everything was perfect. Cleanliness was great, having a beach wagon, chairs and sand toys was that much less to pack. They provided plenty of beach towels as well has bath towels and kitchen necessities. The pool is close by and always clean too! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely stay and Incredible Hosts

Our stay here was great! Even better was how accommodating Scott and Gloria were. Our trip was going to be impacted by Hurricane Helene, and they worked with us last minute to push the trip back. Gloria was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Lovely place and great hosts!

This property was perfect for our family. Well stocked and really clean. Close to the pool and local restaurants. Loved that we didn't have to pack beach chairs, toys or a wagon because it was all provided. We are already planning our next trip in the spring.

Perfect Location

I stayed at this Santa Rosa property and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The location was close enough to all the shops and amenities at Seaside, which made it convenient for exploring and enjoying the area. However, what made this stay truly perfect was the fact that it was just far enough away to stay away from the drama of the crowd during the Fourth of July holiday week. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, allowing me to fully unwind and enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a balance of convenience and tranquility.

We like the 30A area and this was our second time at this property. All our shopping needs were close as well as Panama City. Property was kept clean and overall great place to vacation. We'll be back, thanks.

Great little community

This place was perfect for our family. The host stocked anything needdd for kitchen with extra toilettries and such, way more than most homes we have stayed in. Pool was refreshing and hot tub relaxed all the muscle exhaustion away each night(two days jets didnt work but we understandthings have issues outside our control). Never overly crowded. Walkable beach access about mid week became all private beach except walkway which was dissapointing but we headed to the Grayton state park which has free access theough Labor Day) and its our favorite area. We loved all the local fpod and ice cream shops within walking distance and the gas station even has lots of options for late night snacks, meals, or alcohol runs. We had never stayed in Seagrove even though we visit area often over 20+yrs and will definitely head back again. This is a nice option for those not needing a beach view and willinv to walk abit more to beach access. Home was immaculate and very cozy. Thank you for making our trip perfect.

Beautiful condo

Condo was perfect for our vacation. The place was so clean and inviting, one of the best condos we have rented. The pool was large and hot tub was nice for the evenings. Loved all the extra beach towels, chairs and umbrella that were available to use at the beach. The condo also had tons of beach toys for young kids to enjoy. Condo was far enough away from the noise and traffic on the main road but just a quick walk away from the beach! Owners were quick to respond. We would definitely return!

Wonderful place!!

Very clean and welcoming bunglow. We stayed a week with our 2 little girls and we loved it. All the beach items are included (wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay!

We have no complaints with this unit. The owner and the management were very easy to communicate with and always available. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything needed. It was close to the beach and central to most restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and will look to stay here again in the future.
