The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and kitchenware. The dining room area is furnished with a table for 6 complete with all the glassware needed for entertaining.

The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, glass top coffee table, ocean theme rug, modern TV cabinet , and a 65-inch flat LED screen tv complete with Xbox gaming console.

Indoor/outdoor entertainment includes full size game arcade with thousands of games for all ages (yes, it has PacMan, DonkeyKong, Atari and more), Foosball table, Xbox console, plenty of board games for family fun!

Seamless indoor/outdoor transition through large sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor living space. Outdoor lanai offers a built-in kitchen that includes a LED ambient gas grill, an outdoor refrigerator, ceiling fan, ambient lighted bar and TV with comfortable conversational furniture. Lanai is equipped with powered screen to keep the bugs out or create cozy setup on a rainy evening. Picnic table that seats 4 for meals by the pool.

It is the Tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa. The Tenant is further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. The Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times. The Landlord/Host will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Tenant, and/or the Tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or spa.
