The space

Vacay mode begins when you arrive into this newly refreshed open concept, light and bright 4/2 floor plan vacation rental home with a fabulous resort-inspired pool under the palms.

The house welcomes you with an open foyer, modern open-concept living area with 11-foot-high ceilings decorated in an elegant, yet casual contemporary feel. The kitchen is stunning with white cabinetry, gray and white tile back-splash, sparkling quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and kitchenware. The dining room area is furnished with a table for 6 complete with all the glassware needed for entertaining.

The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, glass top coffee table, ocean theme rug, modern TV cabinet with ambient lighting, and a 65-inch flat LED screen tv complete with Xbox gaming console. Board games are provided as well.

Seamless indoor/outdoor transition through large sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor living space. Outdoor lanai offers a built-in kitchen that includes a Weber gas grill, an outdoor refrigerator, ceiling fan, ambient lighted bar and TV with comfortable conversational furniture. Lanai is equipped with powered screen to keep the bugs out or create cozy setup on a rainy evening. Picnic table that seats 4 for meals by the pool. The pool and spa are controlled by a tablet for easy operation. Pool deck and SPA have soft touch, best in class travertine pavers with resort style landscaping and evening lighting. SPA to pool waterfall, LED lighted pool and SPA create inviting environment for relaxing evening swims. Soak up the sun on 6 premium chaise lounge chairs covered with umbrellas or sip your favorite drink on the Adirondack chairs. No need to leave the pool deck for quick shower or to change as there is an outdoor shower with a privacy curtain available right on the pool/deck area. The outdoor area is well lighted and completely fenced in for utmost privacy.

Need to WFH/Remotely - The study room provides a perfect quiet setup for remote office setup. The room is equipped with a work desk, couch to relax, large coffee table, 24” computer monitor with an HDMI cable, power strip, even a yoga mat! Entire house has WiFi coverage.

The master suite is luxury at its finest decorated in romantic coral theme with a king size bed with 12” memory foam mattress, a 55-inch flat screen tv and his/her closets. The master bedroom provides direct access to pool deck for a morning stretch. The master bathroom has dual sinks with a walk in over-sized shower with a handheld shower head, a rainfall shower head coming from the ceiling and massaging body sprays. The master bath also features a free-standing soaking tub.

The second guest bedroom offers calming aqua theme with queen memory foam mattress and LED TV. Third bedroom is furnished with two double bunk beds (sleeps 4 comfortably). Kids! be a sailor in this nautical theme room decorated with sailor bunk beds, sea life portholes and nautical maps. Fourth bedroom comes with sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Each bedroom is well equipped with all linens complete with sheets, blankets, & pillows.

Traveling with a baby - House offers a play pen, high chair, umbrella stroller and an optional baby pool fence.

This home has 20-inch tile floors throughout with hardwood flooring in the bedrooms. This home comes equipped with a laundry room complete with a soaking tub, high-end front-loading washer and dryer along with a 2-car garage. This home is well equipped with all the necessary beach gear and 4 bicycles are provided for your convenience.

It is the Tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa. The Tenant is further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. The Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times. The Landlord/Host will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Tenant, and/or the Tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or spa.
