We had a wonderful stay at Grandview Manor. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and to also be together. We caught enough crabs for our crew of 8 to enjoy twice during the week. We enjoyed the salt water pool, the tennis court and the shade of the pecan trees. Cathy was excellent to work with and even helped to get us a charcoal grill that was advertised but not available. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed exploring the East River. We are definitely planning a return stay.

Lovely week at Grand Residence. The view was superb! Loved sitting on the back porch admiring the river. Plenty of seating and tables everywhere. Comfy furniture in the living room so we could all enjoy movie night.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends! Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do. This was our second time staying here and we’ll be back again!

Photos do not do this place justice! We got married at the Grandview Manor and it was everything we hoped for and more. We were able to tie our boats up at the dock and take our guests for boat rides up the East River. It was a great river for wakeboarding too! The house and property have a casual and homey feel and the river gives the most gorgeous backdrop for a backyard wedding. Cathy and the property manager were so kind and easy to work with and have hosted many events there so they have all the details figured out. We even had a nor'easter come through and could still proceed as planned when many other venues and rental places in the area were flooded. We are already planning to return for a more relaxed visit next year!

This home was perfect for 3 generations of our family vacationing together! Spacious areas in the home for gathering together and lots of areas to get away for private time as well. Beautiful grounds with large open areas for the grandkids to run. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the view, on the dock fishing and crabbing and in the pool. We were even fortunate enough to have a bald eagle fly over the dock several times one evening! This is a beautiful, peaceful property where we were able to make many memories- Loved it!

Great property on the water and nice deck to relax on while looking out at the bay. Pool and tennis court was a big hit with my group. Plenty of space indoors and out. I was surprised that the first, last name and age of each guest was required. The checkout time could be pushed back by 1 hour to 11am as I have found this is the usual checkout time for rentals. That would also help as the checkout process includes a few steps.

My wife and I booked this property for our wedding and we had the best time! The owner and property manager are very communicative and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, and there are plenty of bedrooms/living areas for larger groups. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best family vacation, four generations! Only left the property once in the week. We paddleboard, catch crab and fish, swam in the pool and played cards every day. We cooked big dinners in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Lots of refrigerators which was so helpful. We all slept well with enough rooms and very comfortable beds. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful house and property with us.

Spent an awesome week over Spring Break 2023 at this property. Had more than enough room for six adults and three children, plus water access off the back! Would definitely stay again.

We loved our family vacation here! It wasn’t the best weather every day but that was okay. We spent our time fishing and crabbing on the dock, playing cards on the large porch and swimming in the pool on the warm sunny days. Checking the crab pots was a big hit all week long! This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The property and house were beautiful and had all the accommodations! We’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!

This home is worth renting just for the view and the expansive, private, peaceful location. The porch overlooking East River was our favorite spot.
