Make memories on Bird Lake in Osseo Michigan. Enjoy this cozy lake front home with a great view from the front room full of windows, with a private deck leading to a beautifully landscaped yard and a large private lakefront deck and dock. Truly your home away from home to build wonderful family memories! Our comfortable lake home is ideally suited for your family or small groups of close friends. This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and a provided blow up mattress will comfortably sleep 8. Important amenities include two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, all necessary kitchen appliances, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, cable internet and smart flatscreen TV. Outside amenities include gas grill, outside charcoal grill, fire pit. 3 kyacks including life jackets, a fishing and swimming area along with a swim raft. There is docking space to bring your own boat.
*Located 15 minutes from Hillsdale College making it ideal for move-in, special events or graduation. Available year round with beautiful fall colors, winter fun including ice fishing, hunting, and simple relaxation when needed. Decorated Christmas during the holidays, It is a wonderful place to come “Winter with us also.”Deer hunting, ice fishing, Thanksgiving and Christmas and new year’s time are available, a great place year around! This is a great location for parents visiting kids at Hillsdale College. Patti was very responsive and the home is cozy. Our kids appreciated being able to come over and visit, have a meal with us and enjoy the s'mores and snacks Patti left for us! Would definitely visit again!

Great family little vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, and our kids loved kayaking and spending time on the water. Patty, the host, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We made great memories and enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Family Fun!

We were able to have a nice get away with our kids and grandkids!! It is a little over an hour to the Toledo Zoo. Would recommend for a nice family get away.

Great updated cozy place!

Beautiful views and great amenities! The Host provided all the amenities of home and was accessible when we needed help. The beds were comfy and we loved the 4 seasons porch for views and morning coffee. It was amazing to be able to use the kayaks to explore the lake. This place was wonderful!

Had a great time

My family wanted a little getaway and this beautiful cottage fit the bill. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Great fishing right off the dock made my 3 boys very happy. Great place to unplug and recharge. Will defiantly be looking to rent again in the future.

Perfect location for a week at the lake.

Patti helped me as soon as we arrived - perfect host! Her lake house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed inside and outside. The kayaks were a plus!. We had grandchildren for 2 nights, they are already asking about going back next year:) We had a wonderful week at the lake!

Summer vacation

Our stay was amazing!! Patti is a very gracious host and responded immediately when we needed anything! This was our second year staying at the lake house and it was fabulous both times!! Great Lake house to spend a relaxing family vacation. Really enjoyed the lake access, kayaks and fire pit. Fishing was amazing. All 6 of us caught something. Sarah was a great host. Very responsive. Totally would recommend staying there.

Traveling for business

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake cottage. Clean, spacious, and so charming! Idyllic setting with deck and dock overlooking the water. Complementary smores were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this property for friends and families! Hosts were very friendly and responsive.

My home is 50 feet straight up from the lake, I have a beautiful big tree for shade in the heat of the afternoon, there is a great swimming area to stay cool and spend hours floating or swimming! there is also a swim raft to lay on. I enjoy the outdoors tremendously during the summer months.
