Newly remodeled Mid Century 3 bed 2 bath ranch house in the middle of all Kansas City has to offer. Located in Prairie Village, one of the nicest and safest parts of Kansas City which is a quick drive to Country Club Plaza, Power and Light, KU Med, Union Station, Down Town, stadiums, etc. This house is also walkable to parks, groceries, coffee, restraunts, etc. Fenced back yard with patio, private off street parking, and game room all help to make your comfortable and relaxing.

The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The coffee station was a nice addition. Very nice appliances. Very cozy. Felt like home when we walked in. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. Good wi-fi connection and smart tv.

Fantastic Property & Hosts

We came to Kansas City for the birth of our first grandchild. This Prairie View property had everything that we needed 
 complete, spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and tons of amenities. The location was perfect with easy access to the entire Kansas City area. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us during our long stay.Thank you Cindy &.Neal!!!

KC fun

Communication with the owner was excellent. We had something that needed addressed and it was taken care of immediately. The place was actually very clean but the cleaners overlooked a dirty ceiling fan and there were crumbs in the toaster oven—easily taken care of. We appreciated having a pack-n-play, high chair and even some toys there. Grocery store was walkable as well as a nice park for littles. Kitchen was very well equipped except for a wine corkscrew, even though there were wine glasses. Bed and linens were nice. Great coffee shops within a 6-7 minute drive.

Birthday trip to a Chiefs game

We met in KC from Central NE, Eastern NE and North Texas. This property was PERFECT! It was clean and inviting. Three bedrooms, all queen or king beds (hard to find for a reasonable price) that were very comfortable and there was no shortage of very hot water. Close to HyVee and main roads. And communication with/from the host was great! We'll be back!!!

Very nice house

Very nice and very clean house. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance to some stores and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and the house fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Would love to own this house if we moved back to KC!

We rent VRBOs frequently in various states, but this has been my favorite by far. The location cannot be beat, and I'm saying this after living in KC for 35 years. The interior is spotless, with extremely comfortable & attractive furniture. New kitchen, state-of-the-art baths, a variety of mattresses (pillow-top was my favorite), and very laid-back owners. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and really felt at home there. Hope it never changes so we can use it every year.

Good central and safe location

This is an adorable house close to all the wedding weekend events. It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. The grocery store at the corner is a plus.

Fantastic Property

Girls trip to Kansas City. Property is centrally located. Close to everywhere we went. Owner is a great communicator. Property was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book again when we come back to KC and we loved this property.

Great house!

We were on a short family vacation to Legoland, 4 adults and 3 children. The house was a great fit for us (they even provided a pack-n-play), nice friendly neighborhood and it was VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again.
