Adequately accommodated myself, my husband, son and daughter as we were visiting my other son who has recently relocated to this area. Conveniently located to all the things we had planned while visiting the area. Communication with the host regarding check in and check out was clear.

We stayed for a family event. The home was pretty clean. Some cobwebs/small spiders in the bathrooms. The property could use a refresh to tighten up things. A towel rod came apart, getting hot water in the master shower was a challenge. The screen door needs to be fixed.Communication, check-in, check-out were all great. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean.Overall, the home worked and we had a great weekend.

This was the perfect place for our ladies weekend. Plenty of open space to visit and play games after shopping all day. Rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The inside of the home was great (except for the living room sofa—you almost can’t even sit on it) and it’s in a great location. The outside seems a little neglected: lawn needed mowing, lots of overgrown bushes and general landscape upkeep was lacking. There were spiders everywhere, outside and inside as well. Overall it could be really great with a little TLC.

This VRBO property Overland Park KS was a huge disappointment. Ask the owner for recent photos. Spend your money on hotel rooms.

Thanks for your review. I'm a bit confused though because you complained about the back deck & I had it power washed during your stay. You messaged me about the trash bin and unfortunately sometimes the trash bin doesn't get set out to be picked up, so it was full. Other than that you didn't mention anything. If there was any other issues, I would've appreciated being made aware so that I could rectify the issue during your stay. Thanks for your stay.

The house was a great size for our group, was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location near downtown Overland Park was very convenient.Unfortunately, the property could use much better upkeep. The entire house needed a thorough wipe down, there were cobwebs and spiders throughout, and several pieces of furniture were worn out or falling apart. While it met our basic needs, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance took away from the overall experience.

Drew was great to communicate with the entire two week stay. My mother had a liver transplant with KU med and we needed something close and easy, and this was it! Lots of options for food and things to do close by! Highly recommend to anyone!
