Drew was great to communicate with the entire two week stay. My mother had a liver transplant with KU med and we needed something close and easy, and this was it! Lots of options for food and things to do close by! Highly recommend to anyone!

This was the perfect place for our ladies weekend. Plenty of open space to visit and play games after shopping all day. Rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Some new bed linens and towels would help. Cleaning windows. Few extra mugs and vacuum or brush and pan. These are just suggestions, non of them stopped us from having fun with family and friends.

The inside of the house is clean and updated but the outside is extremely dirty, grass overgrown, home to all the neighborhood stray cats. Since weather was nice, wanted to sit outside and but was unkept and dirty. But overall was happy with cleanliness of inside but chose it for having an outside area.

Location was perfect for us. The entire property has a canopy of old trees that made the patio a great spot to relax. The tree in the front yard made my day.

Nicely appointed 3 bedroom

The 3 bedroom house worked well with our group. I was disappointed to see the totally unkempt front yard and backyard with 10 inch grass. While there were nice porches/decks it wasn’t welcoming to sit out there. I also would recommend a sheet upgrade. If competing with area hotels - nice bedding is key. A few tweaks and this would be perfect.

Just right!

We were in town to perform at the Kaufman Center then see some local historical sites. We were able to travel easily to all green this very comfortable home.

Great Sister’s Weekend!

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO. The house was clean and accommodating, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do - Farmer’s Market, Arboretum, etc. The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Lovely home away from home

The house is very clean and comfortable. Drew is responsive and ensures his guests are comfortable. The day after a storm he came by and shoveled the drive and deck and de-iced the deck early so we had no issues whatsoever ever. Thank you for a great stay!

Overland park

This House is perfect if you plan on staying near downtown Overland Park. Close to everything and Drew was very accommodating! Would stay here again for sure
