This brand new triplex townhouse features an open concept living and modern furnishings with loft ceiling and abundance of natural lights. Relax in the family room with a movie, arcade, and cook up a family meal in the kitchen.

25 minutes drive from SOHO and downtown NYC, Newark airport, American Dream Mall, MetLife stadium. 15 minutes from Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal and Staten Island.

First floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen w/ cooking essentials, dual air fryer and
rice cooker
- Coffee bar with a Ninja 2in1 coffee maker(coffee provided)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit. Detailed check in info will be given 24 hours prior to check in. You will be given a code to self-check in. Please respect check in (4pm) and check out (10am) times. Please be mindful of noise especially during noise curfew between 10pm till 8am.

Very nice rental

Loved the pool table and multiple bathrooms! Many different sleep areas. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the light rail train, which connects with the Path train to get to NYC. The sole downside was the distance from downtown, which is drivable but can get very long with heavy traffic. All in all a good place to stay.

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the home. The place was impeccably clean, and Wilson was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The location is perfect with easy access to NYC and American Dream Mall. We also loved the convenience of nearby stores and restaurants. The off-street parking was a great bonus. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience,! Highly recommended

Make it home away from home

Very spacious and clean house way beyond our expectations. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked, complimentary water and coffee, nice welcome basket from the host. Good size private backyard with patio and grill. This property has everything to make it home away from home.Good location for easy drive to Manhattan and back.Definitely will consider on our next trip to New York.

Perfect Place!

We had an extended family meet up outside of New York City before we went on of a cruise out of Bayonne. The place was perfect for us. Very comfortable, modern and with all the amenities we needed. Our host, Wilson, was very easy to communicate with and super hospitable. I would rent from him again in a second. Last
very easy to get into the city. This location was perfect for us. Having two parking spots available makes life easy. It’s secure, off street parking also. There is a ShopRite within walking distance and Costco is a short drive. Overall it was a perfect place for us.
