Located half a block from Galerias Pacifico and Calle Florida, this luxury apartment in the middle of Downtown is quiet and private. Fully equipped, has super fast wi fi (100 mb) robes, quality touchings and 2 LCD 32 TV sets with cable programming. It also has a cute private patio. It's more expensive than other listings of the same size, but as soon as you step in, you realize it's worth the difference. The apartment also has a phone line and a weekly maid service is available for an extra fee.
The space
This apartment is unique because it's really far from the street so it's very quiet even if when you walk out from the building you are in the middle of it all in a vey intense part of the city.
The building is old but the place is very modern, the furniture is new and has 2 television sets with full cable access.
What sets apart this place from cheaper options is the quality of everything on it. We prepared it using our experience traveling the world and knowing what an European or an American guest will look for an accommodation. Great taste also plays a part on it :) Also, there's a phone line, with local free calls and didn't we mention the patio? For longer stays we offer maid service once a week for an extra fee.

Guests have access to the building and even if the apartment is in the first floor, will be able to ride a beautiful elevator from the early 20th Century
Other things to note
We provided the apartment with the most powerful wi fi available in town. It's so good, it works amazingly well. It's prepared for our own stays in the city. Also the air conditioning sets are brand new, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, so it will be cool in summer and warm in winter. This is only one of the few apartments in Airbnb with a phone land line and local calls are free. The apartment also has DVD player, emergency lights and robes. Next door is a public garage that you can rent per day and a hotel with a security guard in the street at all times.
