South Point located on Little St Germain Lake

South Point is a large 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with a deck and screened porch. Located on Little St. Germain Lake on a wide point between South Bay and No Fish Bay with outstanding views in all directions. South Point is very private as it is at the end of a dead end road. The house is located on a spacious lot with level frontage and a sandy lake bottom.

There are wood floors, tile showers and granite countertops. Each bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. There is also a futon and sofa bed in the great room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker and dishwasher. Outside there is a deck and a screened porch, picnic tables, lawn chairs, a charcoal Weber grill, and a campfire pit with wood. The South Point Lake House has a private lot with lots of trees, a small beach and sandy swimming area.

Fantastic Summer Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying here, and we absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, and the great room was large enough for our group. The outdoor porch was perfect to eat dinner each night, and the screened-in porch was a nice place to sit in the morning. The sandy beach area is a bigger area than it looks. It was great having a dishwasher, and the three bathrooms were key with a larger group. We had a lot of fun staying here and plan on coming back next year. The management company was very accommodating. One note...there is a laundry room, but there is not a washer and dryer hooked up.

The couch had cushions with hardly any padding ended up sitting on the frame of the couch. Bath tub was backing up when showering.Kitchen chairs were very dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we always enjoy our time there. The room and location are great for us. This year the trash situation was not convenient as there was no place to put the recycling. The previous guests had the garbage can in the garage filled with their recycling. The queen size beds in the far bedrooms could use new mattresses as they are not comfortable and have not been for a few years.

We opted for the pontoon boat boat rental and I would highly recommend it. While the fishing wasn't great, the lake has miles of shoreline for relaxing cruising.

Great family vacation

My mother has mobility issues and was able to enjoy the entire home, ease in coming and going and even ease to the boat we rented. Our dog loved the property and surroundings. The entire family enjoyed the beauty of the area as well as the home. The screened in patio allowed a wonderful space for gaming on a rainy afternoon! A question re. The Wi-Fi code and a burnt out bulb on the porch were promptly addressed. We are grateful for the lovely week we spent here.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Property is in a very pretty location. We love sitting on the back deck and enjoying the lake and wildlife. Our family has vacationed in the St. Germain area for 20 years - thru Anchor Rentals.But this year had a rough start when entering the property. The South Point house had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Thought maybe it was due to some mold growth in the shower. Also found some items that had been broken in the home and not repaired.Sunday - trip to town for cleaning supplies to clean house. The fowl smell was a little better, if the windows and door where open. Later in the day, discovered it was sewer gas.Property staff offered an alternative house to stay at for the night. After the Maintenance service gentleman came on Monday - he took care of the problem. He was very pleasant gentleman.Thank you, Anchor Rental staff, for taking care of problem.
