| UPDATED | Just steps from the beach, this upscale 3 bedroom 2 bath, ocean front family friendly condo with a breathless sunset and sunrise view is sure to fit your vacation needs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, racquetball courts, a half-court basketball court, lighted tennis court, hot tubs, saunas, a children's splash pad/water park, a fitness room, gazebos, barbecue grills in addition to free Wi-Fi and on-site security. The building is located 5 miles east of Hwy. 59 and is centrally located around many restaurants, shops and local attractions in Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores. The updated Kitchen is a perfect place to cook family meals and with a table and the breakfast bar there is plenty of room to entertain the family. The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean from the sliding glass door; that leads to the balcony. This property is a fully furnished 3-bedroom unit that sleeps up to 10 people. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an attached bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed along with the third bedroom with two full sized beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. To help us keep things comfortable and in great condition for everyone, we ask that there are no parties, loud music, or events. The home is for registered guests only, and we kindly ask that the number of guests not exceed what’s listed in the reservation. Out of respect for the space, please avoid hanging any decorations or using tape on the walls, as it can damage the paint. We welcome you to come enjoy our second home.

Happy!

We very much enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would probably be the elevators, which were a bit bit of a problem at times. But that is not the fault of this property manager.

Family Trip

We had booked the place because it was a bigger room on the property and had some nice renovations. The place was nice with all the amenities but the staff wasn't the most helpful. Fortunately everything you needed (restaurants, groceries, gifts, etc) was close by and easy to get to driving and walking. Everyone had a great time on the beach which was right by the property, indoor and outdoor pools, and even the little splashpad. We would all definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful View!

The place is beautiful, just as pictured. Probably one of the nicest condos we've rented over the years. The views were amazing! The elevators do get pretty clogged up so getting to the 10th floor takes some patience on the weekends, weekdays were fine. Also, nothing is provided as far as guest extras, you will need to bring your own coffee filters, your own coffee, your own salt/pepper, and toilet paper if you plan to use more than the one roll provided while there. We enjoyed the complex, and hope to stay at the Phoenix V again!

Excellent location and views

The overall stay was amazing but there are a few things to note if you are traveling with kids. The elevators are terrible! There are only 4 for all 15 floors, one was always broken, they are slow, hot, and do not hold many people. We saw some families waiting for over 45 min just to go downstairs. We took the stairs often but that would be difficult with 10 floors, small children and beach gear. The condo itself was very nice, the only things to mention were the toilet in the main bedroom is very loud and the ice machine does not work well. These are not things that would ruin a trip and it did have all the other amenities and the rest of the place makes it worth the stay.
