Beautiful Calm Home

Our stay in Aptos was wonderful. The host was quick to reply, the rooms were perfect for all of our guests, and bathrooms were a great size for us all to prepare comfortably for our Santa Cruz adventures. The kitchen had very nice appliances and we were all able to prepare and enjoy meals together. Very convenient location to get to Capitola, Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz. We really enjoyed the quiet balcony in the evenings as well.

Vacation

We had 10 people and this home was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the ocean view, the kitchen is beautiful well stocked. The living room was comfy for us to sit and visit! Not sure about walking to beach we took our vehicles. We’d use again! Thank you!

fabulous sunsets

We especially loved the upper deck with sweeping views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, comfortable sectional, large tv, open concept with stackable sliding glass doors for open air evenings. Loved walking to the beach, to Delux Food and Sanderlings Restaurant. My husband and son enjoyed the nearby Seascape golf course.

Graduation gift

So this was a gift to both my kids to have a nice get away since my oldest just graduated from U.C.Davis and my son Graduated H.S. I offered them anywhere they wanted to go. So they picked Santa Cruz Area. With me knowing a good amount about the area, since I had been going there since I was a kid, I told my kids great choice. 1st day went on a fishing charter with my wife, daughter and other family members. Second day the ladies went to Monterey Bay aquarium, while my brother in-law and I went golfing within a mile at Seascape country club. Last full day, I took the whole family to Beach boardwalk for the early morning to ride the rides and get some souvenirs. But the family didn’t want to go out for dinner, they wanted to go back to the house to enjoy the rest of the day and relax. It was a fast, but great stay.

Mis-leading Listing, No Hot Tub

Disappointed to find there was no Hot Tub as referenced in the listing. When I contacted the host he directed me to the "jacuzzi" in the master bath. In reality, there is only a soaker tub. Also dissapointed that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to stay. The Good: Easy check in and checkout. Beautiful view. Ample parking space. Overall Nice and new Property could be 5 stars with better management.

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our family of 10 and had all the amenities needed. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place near Santa Cruz.

Sisters annual getaway.

Sisters get away. 9 adults. Ages ranging from 70’s to 50’s. Very clean and accommodating. Not too friendly for anyone with mobility issues. View of ocean and sunset was spectacular. Host responded within a few hours. Great weekend.

The perfect house

This is a gorgeous new home on a hillside with ocean views and spectacular sunsets! The place is beautiful inside with so much room. You have everything anyone could need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful views from this upscale property. Perfect for families.

We visited Aptos for a family reunion, and this house was in the perfect location and had a great layout with multiple primary bedrooms. The indoor/outdoor setup in the kitchen/living room was an absolutely highlight.

FABULOUS 👏

We have a large family of grown children and their significant others. We needed a house with many bedrooms and bathrooms. This house in Aptos exceeded my expectations!! We were all able to eat and socialise in the luxurious kitchen, balcony living room area, then be separated into our own bedroom/bathroom area
.which again were luxurious. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We visited from Berkeley to Monterey. If I’m ever in that area again I would not hesitate to stay in this gorgeous home, quiet neighbourhood and breathtaking views .

Family Connection

This is a lovely house with 5 clean bedrooms and plenty of space to gather with family in den, kitchen, and deck. We had family come from 5 different locations and could house all our cars too. Mike was very responsive to my inquiry's. Gorgeous view. Amazing Windows from kitchen to deck with great full opening deck doors! Plenty of space for cooking and storing food and snacks.

This is well stablished neighborhood and very quite, walk to the beach, a mile from Seascape Golf Course, Seascape Resort, & Seascape Sports Club. Short drive to the new Aptos Village, Capitola, and all that Santa Cruz has to offer.
