The property is right across the street from the bluffs overlooking Seacliff Beach State Park. We made full use of all the property had to offer. Watched the sunset from the front stairs and marvlous breakfasts on the upper deck overlooking the ocean. The only little inconvenince was no tub or shower on the lst floor which was difficult for folks with mobility challenges.

A perfect location for our family. View from terrace is beautiful. I t was a perfect arrangement for a four generation family. We hope to return in the future. The host treated us very well.

Really lovely house and set up right above the beach. Everything as advertised; we were able to cook dinner and other meals in the kitchen, kids loved the many games available, and tons of beach toys and chairs in the garage. It was the perfect setup for lazy evenings on the upper deck watching the water, mornings sitting on the porch, and super easy access to beaches and the local shops and ice cream store. We would absolutely stay here again, it was great for multiple families with a range in age of kids.

The house was perfectly situated on Seacliff Drive near to a family member's residence which made our post-Christmas family time together very peaceful and nice. The house is maintained at a very high standard and had beautiful views of the ocean.

This was an excellent property the owner was most excellent also, very responsive to any and all questions! The view was fantastic and the amenities were out of this world she thought of everything for a stay by the beach I would stay here anytime we plan another trip to this area!

This home is clearly cared for with a lot of love and attention. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked—truly the best we’ve ever experienced in a rental—which made cooking and gathering so easy. The location was excellent, and the family room furniture and kitchen table comfortably accommodated our entire group. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The welcoming atmosphere of the home and the beauty out the living room was a welcome sight!!! Maureen was a delight and so helpful. The place was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, a wonderful sight from the balcony, beach "gear" to use, an outdoor shower, making it possible to not carry sand into the house, etc. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful location right across the street from Seacliff State Park as advertised; however, you have to walk about a block then take a lot of steep steps to get down to the beach, which is not great for small children or elderly adults. The drive-in entrance to the beach is maybe a quarter mile away.

This family home was purchased in 1960 and has been loved by our large extended family since then. Many celebrations have taken place in this home and it has always been a place of laughter, relaxation, and time spent with people important to each other. We are delighted to share our home with you and those people special to you. Enjoy the sound of the surf, sunsets over the Cement Ship, with a view of dolphins, whales, pelicans and otters.

Because our extended family enjoyed the beach so much, our grandparents purchased the house. Our uncle built a house on the street behind the house and a cousin lived in another house on that street so we always had lots of people together. With the peaceful sound of the ocean and the gorgeous view from the deck, living room, upstairs bedrooms we have always appreciated this special place. Regardless of the weather, this home will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. The beach and area provide the opportunity to take in the outdoors and enjoy the ocean.

The central location allows you to head to Monterey or Carmel, to Nicene Marks, to Santa Cruz or to the Cement Ship. Hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, bodysurfing, walking, sightseeing, and wine tasting are just some of the many activities we enjoy in the area. Unobstructed view of Monterey Bay from Monterey to Santa Cruz. Easy to walk to various eateries, walk to the beach, easy on and off the freeway.
