Vous cherchez une location d'une semaine ou de week-end se en tirer? Notre maison nouvellement construite est joliment meublée dans un motiff toscan. Il est situé à un certain nombre de sports années autour / emplacements de loisirs comme le ski fantastique de neige en hiver à 5 miles de Northstar, dix minutes à Squaw et Sugar Bowl. Si vous êtes dans le VTT circonscription, nous avons un certain nombre d'endroits de la voie et multi-pistes simples pour vous tenir au défi. coureurs de la route vont adorer le trajet à Donner Lake qui comprend un peu d'escalade raide. La randonnée est disponible dans toute la zone. Donner Lake est à quelques minutes et le lac Tahoe est de 13 miles de là. Location de bateaux disponibles aux deux endroits. Nous sommes à pied du centre-ville Truckee où vous pourrez dîner et faire du shopping pendant des heures. Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 1/2 de Grand salon, cuisine meublée moderne, y compris casseroles / poêles / plats / verrerie et barbecue à gaz pour assurer la 'Foody' en vous serez heureux. La chambre principale a une douche et baignoire, télévision à écran plasma, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Pour ceux qui veulent travailler à distance d'un espace bureau est mis en place pour vous. Deux salles de quêtes en bas, qui ont un lit Queen dans une chambre et deux lits simples dans l'autre. En outre, vous avez une option pour un coût supplémentaire pour convertir le garage à une «salle de jeux» qui comprend 2 lits superposés muraux avec des sacs de couchage, TV plasma, chauffage au sol, moquette et beaucoup de place pour les enfants à jouer. Nos tarifs comprennent une taxe obligatoire de 12% exigée par la ville de Truckee (10% Taxe d'occupation transitoire et 2% taxe TTBID sur le taux de location et de nettoyage. Truckee Retreat

This home was a great family retreat! The house itself is comfortable, clean, welll appointed. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Great location. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to town and ski resorts. Would like to visit again. Maybe will try the spring or summer.

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Setting

My family had a great summer vacation at this house. It’s comfortable, well-organized, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking at home and it’s also near town for going out. The deck and the patio on the side of the house are great for hanging out. It’s close to Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The host is super responsive. We would love to stay again.

Very Nice!

We’ve stayed in several rentals in the neighborhood over the years and this place is by far one of the nicer properties. Well kept and great layout. We are a young family of 5 and we all stayed up stairs comfortably- didn’t even need to use the bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Will be back!

Perfect on arrival

It was my son and his wife and my 17-year-old granddaughter and myself. It was very easy on arrival to enter the home and I immediately knew we were going to enjoy it. Very clean and Well appointed. There was everything we needed in the kitchen in the way of pans, dishes, etc. The beds were so comfortable, we enjoyed the heated mattress pads so much that we’re going to get them for ourselves. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us and we’d love to return sometime in the future. well appointed.

Beautiful place

We were in Truckee for a wedding and the house was perfect. We had 1 couple and 2 singles and we all had our own rooms. We added another couple for one night and did some shifting but still had enough room for all of us. Great location. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t review that part. Don’t forget to buy TP and paper towels. Beds were very comfy, nice sheets and towels. And the only negative thing I would say is it would have been nice to have body wash in the showers. Had to go back out and buy that. That said, I would return to this house in a heart beat.

Nightmare of a Christmas Stat

My family and I arrived at the cabin Christmas Day. Let me add that we have stayed at dozens of short term rentals with no issues. The host was hard to get ahold of and extremely rude. The house did not have working TV’s, no remotes, no working internet and to top it off blamed us of breaking a button in her freezer and charged my credit card 500.00. I have never had any issues and had no idea that owners could randomly charge your card without proof. How does someone even break a button in a freezer, so strange. Anyway beware of this host. She’s clearly out to steal money.

NIGHTMARE RENTER! Renter had 25 unique people in 6-vehicles entering and exiting from our home on Dec 26th as recorded on security cameras. They rented for 6-people and agreed in a contract they would have "no parties" and no more than "10 people in the house" and "no pets" but they allowed a dog inside. AND they had DRUG USAGE at our front door capture on our external security cameras. Additionally, in there review they say our TVs didn't work. We have 4-brand new SMART TVs with streaming services, all professionally installed & operational since Sept 2024! Our family used them the day before they arrived, and the day after they left. In closing, the renter sent a text upon leaving that tells me how HAPPY they were with the rental but once she received a charge for damages to property (broken cabinets & refrigerator & smoke damage) her review on VRBO was full of lies. Here is her text to me: "Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. We use a lot of short-term rentals, and I must say yours is very comfortable and equipt with everything needed. Also, very clean. We followed the checkout list and started the dishwasher (with just a few left over glasses) as well as started the washer with a load of sheets. Do you happen to know if anyone else on the street has a short-term rental? We would potentially like to rebook for next year but will have a group of friends that want to stay within walking distance." Ha! I would NEVER RENT TO THEM AGAIN!

Lovely home nearby to historic Truckee

Very comfortable home; very well stocked kitchen. The owner thoughtfully provides a notebook explaining the appliances & other features of the home, so you feel right at home. Nice gas grill out on the deck and patio furniture as well. We were very fortunate to be able to stay in this home.

River fun

This was a beautiful house with an amazingly stocked kitchen. They had every appliance you could think of needing. The floor plan is wonderful and spacious. Location was great and neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have been traveling to the Lake Tahoe area for years. This is our third home we have had in the Truckee area and we love it there. We are avid snow skiers, bike riders and love to raft down the Truckee river plus water ski on Lake Tahoe. Our adult children love to visit and mountain bike ride, hike and enjoy the fine eating establishments in nearby downtown Truckee. We decorated this home to be a sanctuary away from the noise of the bay area. You will immediately relax and look forward to partaking in the numerous activities around the area!

My husband and I choose Truckee as a vacation home because it is only 3 hours from the Bay Area. The instant we walk into the home we feel immediately relaxed. No matter what your sport activity likes are, the Truckee area has something for everyone. The city of Truckee always has some sort of festival, Art & Craft show, car show or Music in the park event going on for entertainment. We hate crowds so we didn't want to buy on the Lake area as it could add hours to one's drive. We are easily accessible to all things Tahoe but we don't have to deal with sitting and waiting!!!!

It is fun to watch the various wild life wonder into our neighborhood including deer, pheasants, and coyote's. We love to BBQ on our deck and enjoy the quiet of the Truckee area. Of course, the best food is just down the street at Cottonwood, Blue Coyote and Bar's America! Air Conditioning installed.
