For those arriving by air, Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 25-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Parking is available at the Boulan Hotel, with valet and self-parking options. Please inquire at the concierge desk for current rates and availability. The building's entrance for parking is located on Collins Avenue and 20th Street.

In addition, our sister property, The Plymouth Hotel, will be extending their pool services for Boulan guests from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Plymouth Hotel is within walking distance from Boulan. Directions are available at the Reception.

This a great place to stay. It's big, beautiful, and has everything you need and more. The decor is lovely and the balcony is a great place to relax. The pool is large and beautiful. It's a great place to swim or soak in the rays. The beach is literally a black away. The location is close to many restaurants and bars. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

Steve was very good responding to messages. The Hotel staff is great, very friendly and accommodating! Good location, but the traffic noise is a little loud. We could not get the TV to work, but you don’t go to Miami to watch TV, but still nice for late night. Face towels would also be nice. Walking distance to a lot of food, beverages and shopping. Beach is 2min walk. We would stay again.

Great Location and Price
Chose this property instead of a hotel and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The location was perfect for my needs and the unit had everything I needed. Tons of space and well appointed. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice. Never got the tv to work properly but since we were on the go the whole time it wasn’t much of an issue because we wasn’t there to watch it anyway. I would stay at this property again.

You cannot see the beach from the property, there was alot of construction going on around the beach causing pedestrian detours to get there and access was much farther than a block away and hard to find. I paid in FULL for my stay about 1 MONTH prior to my stay and was charged state and city taxes TWICE! (This was listed as a service charge, but when I looked further it was a doule charge of the same taxes). Since asking Steve, the property manager about this I have been ignored. Therefore I will have to take it up with the proper tax authorities in Miami Beach, State of FL.
