Welcome to our “Gone Coastal Getaway” in Holland, MI. It will be our first summer renting our 5 bedroom, 4 bath home on Lake Michigan. We completely renovated our 3500 sq. ft home in 2022. It has 2 living spaces on the main floor, gas fireplace to use and a full kitchen with a wine/coffee area. Upstairs has a master bedroom with attached en suite and closet. 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a pack-n-play portable crib. An upstairs common bath for use and all the bedrooms upstairs have sliders to second floor decks.

The lower level has another queen bedroom, family/game space, bathroom and laundry with 2 washers and dryers. All 3 levels have high speed internet reaching the beach.

The outdoor living space is why we bought this home! With a deck off the slider, you walk to a lower deck area and only 42 steps separate you from the home to the private beach! You can paddle board, relax on the beach with a view of Big Red (Lighthouse) or bike/walk many area trails. There is also an outdoor fireplace and a basketball hoop.

Location is key on my vacations! This home is 6 1/2 miles (12minutes) from downtown Holland. The bike path is at the end of the driveway and tunnel park is 1/2 mile to the south. It’s quiet and relaxing yet so close to shopping, restaurants and many amenities.

Minimum stay 7 days, Saturday check in to Saturday check out.

Sorry, no parties, pets, smoking of any substance or loud music. The house has outdoor cameras (4 cameras that monitor all ground access doors), a noise detection system and a security code system to get in. All are required and may not be disconnected for any reason.
