This cozy cottage home has everything you need for a stay in Parker Arizona! It’s near the public launch ramp and has easy access to the desert trails! If you love the Desert Bar this home is less than 7 miles from it! Very cute home with individual mini splits in bedrooms to control your own comfort! We love this home and hope you can enjoy it as much as we do. Plumbing was also recently updated throughout the whole property!

Conveniently located close to casino for Poston Pilgrimage. Very clean. Located in industrial-like area, but not atypical from what we saw. Woukd have appreciated regular (not decaf) coffee

Comfortable and clean

We chose this property based on its proximity to friend's residence. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the house, as was our friend who stopped by right after we checked in. It was certainly more comfortable than a hotel room and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was adorable. It was clean and cold being in Az that was a necessity. She had snacks and coffee plus the regular WI-FI and other things like Netflix.

Water pressure didn't work in one bathroom no hot water

No water pressure in one bathroom and in the other shower no pressure nook warm water 🤨☹

Hello so sorry that happened turns one of the water lines was broken which caused the pressure to be low which didn’t allow the hot water to travel properly! This has since been addressed and full plumbing was done throughout the whole house as well to update the water lines to avoid this issue again.
