Off the beaten path with a beautiful view! Clean and comfortable property with everything we needed for our stay. Bonus was having our coffee outside in the morning with the wild burrows and their babies.

Family stay

There is plenty of room in this beautiful house. Our stay was comfortable. This house has scenic views of the Colorado River and surrounding mountains. On a drive near the house we saw big horn sheep. This place is right on the river and we had fun swimming off the dock. We look forward to another stay.

Great place in a lovely location

The house itself is great for a family, and the location can’t be beat. Our only complaint is the light controls for two of the bedrooms are connected due to both having the same lighting/fan unit. This means my husband and I couldn’t turn off our bedroom light independently from his mothers room; this made things a bit tricky, but it by no means dampened the trip.

Amazing property!

Very spacious, modern home with plenty of amenities. We had a group of 4 adults and 3 small children, and rented an additional studio on the first floor for my parents. This home had more than enough space for all of us to hang out and eat meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean, and the docks were perfect for docking our skis. We'd definitely recommend this unit to friends.

We had a great stay. It was perfect. The boat docks were what we needed and allowed us to have a great area to swim and float when not on the boat. Unfortunately, the boat ramp was so steep it was unusable. My only recommendation would be that there needs to be more dishes and utensils for the amount of guests staying. I must not have noticed the parking was very squished when booking. Thankfully even though we had just enough room to pull in when we arrived the other party staying noticed they parked to far over and moved out of our area. other then that all was peaceful and as expected. I highly suggest to not send automated EMAILS about early check in if it is NOT even an option. Very disappointing when I emailed.

Family summer trip

The property was good. The pictures are a great representation of the home. The launch ramp by the house was a little too steep for our boat. We ended up driving three minutes away and going to the launch for Havasu. We stayed in the main house. Unfortunately from the balcony you can’t get to the dock. The kitchen is ok but has really only the very basic stuff to cook.. I think they need some other bowls and things. They need matching towels for the bathroom. The master bathroom towels I felt were beach towels. Lastly… the electrical in the house is weird. There are so many light switches.. and I think they are also connected to the other unit.. our bedroom fan and light kept going off and on all night. The place was clean.. I think there were some of the shelves need to be better dusted. The TVs and beds were comfortable. I would suggest getting groceries before getting to the house. Where the property is there is nothing. So it’s 20 to 25 minutes to Parker city to get food and stuff. The guys in charge of the property was awesome. He was always willing to help, give advice, telling us things about the river. So that was very nice
