Welcome to Casa MonsĂ©! We’re a family-run spot with deep roots in La Parguera, one of Puerto Rico’s coolest tourist areas. La Parguera is a lively mix of a cozy fishing village and a fun waterfront promenade, packed with great restaurants, pubs, and charming little shops. We're just a 3-minute walk from "El Poblado," where you can book tours to beautiful keys like Caracol and Mata La Gata. Plus, there’s tons to do—hiking, mountain biking, boating, jet-skiing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, paddleboarding, and checking out nearby beaches.

Great Location

This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!

I liked that it was closed to the Poblado and we were able to walk to the restaurants. Each room had it own AC unit. The kitchen was equipped and it was cleaned. Parking was a plus. I did not like that there was no soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The perfect location

Host was great, the place is exactly as described the location is perfect . You can walk to the paguerra and enjoy the restaurant and live music without having to have the hassle to look for parking if you booked excursions like we did for two days. This is the place to stay overall. Definitely would be going back

Parguera birthday weekend escapade

The property was walking distance from all necessities and fun places. From dinning, boating and just relaxing, it’s all there within your reach. Very calm and hospitable area. Our family was together and really enjoyed our time there. Host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Great place for a family reunion and memories

Host was very fast in responding and helpful. One of the beds was as hard as the ground, so my sleep was very uncomfortable but overall stay was good. Location is great and the place was perfect for a small group!

Our stay at Parguera.

We had a wonderful time. The house is big and very comfortable it can fit more than six easily. The kitchen have all that you may need. The host answer your questions on a reasonable time. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic

Lovely home with everything provided. Loved that it had a gate and we could park the car inside. And what a surprise when we opened the back door and there was a covered patio! Ceiling fans in every room and each bedroom had an air conditioner. Short walk to La Parguera. Our host was great, returning my text messages promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Great location

The property was nice ; from what we could see. Power was out to the island. We had no alternative power sources (i.e. generator, flashlights, candles, etc.) Unfortunately the only nearby place to get these was a small store at the bottom of the street and cost me an additional 47 dollars for candles (they only had scented). Communication was a little slow, but the owner did communicate. It was a great location. Walking distance to the water, shops, and restaurants.

Parguera as it is.

The property is well located. A bit dated inside, but fair. The location and amenities nearby help compensate. Overall we had a good time. Note: I believe cleaning fee is too high given the limited furniture/no decoration, and small size of the property. Also insurance requirement is high and possibly unnecessary, it impacts the cost significantly. I would reconsider those two fees as these make less attractive the property when you compare it with alternatives.

Encontramos todo sĂșper, limpio, cĂłmodo y con todo lo que necesitĂĄbamos. Pasamos un fin de semana sĂșper relax. Hicimos late check out y pudimos disfrutar de ese Ășltimo dĂ­a! La ubicaciĂłn sĂșper cĂ©ntrica.(cerca al poblado, restaurantes, gasolina, todo ) De seguro volveremos nuevamente.
