Thr place is exactly what we were looking for. We have family in hospice and we wanted a place where we could just rest. Perfect for us.

Was pretty good till the roaches came out and the ceiling was dropping white powder everywhere. Trash all over the back yard and parking lot, A bunch of randoms roamed the property but overall not a terrible experience

Great Price and location

Fairly good location. Close to Freeway - good. Some things had small problems, but the price was great for what I received. Would stay there again!

Nice for a quick get away

Was a nice small 2 bdrm. It needs some updating which they were starting the day we left. The maintenance man was awesome and very friendly. It was easy access to most places you wanted to go. Little noisey because if busy rd close by. We would stay again

The please was very nice and quiet the manager was very helpful I had a truck and trailer to park but there was room on the street will book again in the future

Worn but spotlessly clean

If you are looking for a budget stay this is it. There are no ammenities not even salt and pepper so bring everything you need! It is very clean and comfortable.

Better than a motel and was quitter than a motel, expect for the dogs sometimes. First BNB to rent was quick and easy.

If you just want a place to lay your head at this price point it’s a great deal, but the shower/tub wasn’t the greatest and there is only one mirror which is located in the bathroom - so if someone is getting ready in the bathroom you’re out of luck for a mirror. Parking was right in front but the lot was very dirty with trash on the ground and dog poop.

Great value!

Great value for this space! The 2-bedroom apartment was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Comfortable couch, tv, nice dishes, comfortable beds. I had no issues or problems at all. The contact person was very responsive to the questions that I did have. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks!

Overall felt very at ease in the property. Communication with property manager was quick and painless, with no issues getting ahold of them whatsoever! I could even tell the improvements made that were boasted about online to make sure it’s up to date and ready for those to stay!

Disgusting

First off, Roaches. Also its the little things, holes in the wall/caulking of the shower which just has to have caused water damage to the structure. The shower curtain rod fell off the walls (credit where its due; the owner was very quick to respond and help get a handyman to repair it) everything about the place shows its general state of disrepair.

You Get What You Get

Overall, I’d say that the stay within the space was acceptable and expected. The bathroom was good, the appliances (fridge, microwave, television, etc
) all worked normally, and the furniture was comfortable to sit in and sleep in. However, the surrounding area was a bit on the urban side. I do not blame that, but it must be said. Each time me and my partner returned to the apartment after an extended time away, a smell of smoke would be throughout the place, primarily in the living area space. Some dog also loved barking in the middle of the night right above us. These aspects aren’t the fault of anyone hosting the space, but of other tenants and any surrounding problems. TLDR; the apartment itself is pretty decent for how it’s priced, but surrounding area and tenants can be a real annoyance.

Unit three smelled like smoke and the bathroom was not refurbished. It did not look like the photos. I also had to request access well after check in time which was frustrating. However, I was given unit 1 which was much nicer and the staff were very responsive and quick to communicate. Neighborhood and building is on the rough side of things but I never felt unsafe and the price was great.
