Restful and peaceful stay

Both times I stayed at this property was great!Very clean and safe! Walking distance to El Paso downtown very economic.

It's obvious the host is thoughtfully thinking of the guests' experiences. Everything was clean and ammenities prioritized our convenience.There was just a smelly futon that maybe needs to be replaced, and the neighborhood is dark and desolate at night so the back door could use a reenforced lock to feel even safer.

Ruben was great. I ended up arriving earlier than what I had told him but he quickly made the room ready. And when I asked if there was a hair dryer in the unit, he quickly brought one for us. Ruben was great and friendly. The only thing is there’s only street parking. If you arrive late, you’d need to circle around to find a spot.

Great place for a couple, a little tight for more than two.

The place would be great for a couple, the main bedroom was spacious enough.The host was very responsive regarding getting access to the unit.The place was OK for our needs, but 4 of us were cramped. The front door opens on to the "2nd" bedroom. The double bed in that room filled it, there was only about 6 inches of space on either side of the bed.The porch light (which can't be turned off) shines through the window over the door, so the room doesn't get dark.I'd stay there again if there were only two of us.

Didn’t get to stay

Got to the property after a 4 hour drive just to find out it wasn’t available. Host told me that somehow it got double booked. He could have told me that the day before when we messaged each other. Poor communication on his side, parking is limited and pictures of the outside are a little deceiving.

Fully furnished & Well Equipped

This property was everything I had hoped for and more. First, when you walk the refreshing aroma welcomes your sense of smell to the property. The apartment was very well furnished with everything you could possibly. The owner is such a great host and tentative to the tenant’s needs. The AC was cool and gave the place a true relaxing vibe. My favorite two things about this place is the kitchen; very well equipped with utensils, appliances, pantry items, and the owner even left me condiments in the fridge. My second favorite thins is the bathroom! The shower and water pressure will send you in a spa like trip. I would definitely rent from this great host again. Thank you
