This is the perfect house to entertain large groups. Located in East Downtown, you'll feel like you're in the center of Downtown with the breath-taking views of the skyline that can be enjoyed from our large 500sf rooftop.



The Space:

Our home has a little bit of something for everyone! Spanning from our four different themed rooms: Girl's Night Out Room, Tulum Room, Pop Art Room, and Modern Bunk Room, we've designed a space that is perfect for entertaining large groups and creating a memorable experience that will have you coming back for more. Make sure to snap a photo on the LARGE rooftop terrace with the Houston skyline in the background.



Pop Art Bedroom (Master Bedroom): features a canopy king bed



Tulum Bedroom: features a king bed



Girl's Night Out Bedroom: features two queen beds - make sure to turn off the lights and hit the special light switch that puts the room in PARTY MODE



Modern Bunk Bedroom: features two large queen bunk beds (four queen beds total) and one luxurious velvet sleeper sofa



Parking: Private gated property / driveway with double car garage and lots of FREE street parking available

-Tons of windows to let in natural light for a very open feel.



Living/Dining/Kitchen: Large, fully furnished living room with a 75" 4k Smart TV. Smart TV available for access to all streaming services. *There is no cable TV*. 1 very large and comfortable sectional sofa and two lounge chairs. The dining table features 8 seats and easily converts into a ping-pong and pool table for guests and their groups to enjoy. Our beautiful and open kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.



A Shuffle Board is also located on the 3rd floor for guests and their group to enjoy!



Bathrooms: 3 full private, ensuite large bathrooms. Hand soap, body wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd floor, near the living room, has an additional half bathroom containing a sink and toilet.

-Energy efficient central HVAC.

-Most premium high speed WIFI

-Fresh towels provided.

-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener provided for on-

site laundry.

-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.



*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

This neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and extremely safe. It is moments away from many restaurants, bars, and cool spots to hang

We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.
