Full kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, relaxing living room features 65" smart TV and WIFI. Bathtub, big vanity perfect for getting ready to go out. Queen bed in main bedroom, twin daybed and full bed in second bedroom.

This property was decorated really nice and the location is a peaceful nice area at a really reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. I believe all those that come here will be happy they found this location in Delray Beach.

A great find near the beach!

We were in Delray Beach visiting family and needed a place to stay that was close to Atlantic Ave. we LOVED our time here. A very short drive to beach!

Very nice property!

It was a little further than we had expected from Atlantic Avenue, but on a very nice & quiet street. The property was nicely decorated, clean & up-to-date! Since we were new to renting from VRBO, there was definitely a lack of communication as to how the checking-in process worked.

I am sorry you felt there was lack of communication, check in instructions were promptly sent to you through vrbo and when I saw that you haven't responded I have also sent a message to your phone introducing myself as your host. I haven't received a reply until a few days later when I have sent a copy of check in instructions to your phone so I am not sure where lack of communication was exactly.

The location is very nice, we found lovely areas to walk nearby. The walk to Atlantic Avenue is doable. The unit was comfortable except for the dining area chairs. They were extremely uncomfortable.

Freddricka made a reservation and than decided to not show up, she did not get a full refund and did not cancel her reservation, after numerous texts to me in the middle of the night and numerous calls to vrbo, she still did not get a full refund as she thought she was entitled to. She never arrived and never stayed so I am not really sure what she is reviewing here.

Disgusting

Arrived to the property after a long 18 hour drive from Maryland . We were exhausted and were looking forward to a clean apartment , matching the online description . To our shocking surprise the property was disgusting . As soon as we opened the door ( which we were given the wrong key code ) the odor of the air in the apartment hit us in the face , it smelled of pet urine , very strong , along with a very musty , mildew odor. terrible VRBO support

Rather then repeat all here just look at your record of my communication with VRBO. You will see that after a series of discussions with VRBO and promises made, VRBO simply handed over the problem to the property manager, who in an untenable situation for my wife and myself (83 years old) refused to give VRBO permission to move us to a hotel until the problem was fixed. EXTREMELY disappointed and have been telling all acquaintances about the lack of service received. I am considering expanding the distribution of the event and the lack of action taken by VRBO.

We are sorry to that ac unit went out and you were without cold air for 4 hours. As soon as you have reported that issue after 3pm AC company was called and emergency work order was created. AC tech came out in a few hours and promptly took care of the issue, unfortunately sometimes things happen beyond our control and we immediately take care of the issues as they arise. We are sorry you felt the need to go to hotel for the four hours that ac was out while it was 72 degrees outside and was not given that opportunity We always strive to provide excellent customer care and apologize for any inconvenience that you have encountered during your stay. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your future travels.
