All in all, this property is great although we had a couple of issues during our stay. The unit is modern, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location of this property is great with a car—a short drive to beaches on the West coast and a quick drive to lively downtown St Petersburg. If you are sensitive to perfumes/scents/fragrant laundry, I would not recommend this property. We checked ahead of time about whether the property was mostly unscented because one of us has a scent sensitivity, but unfortunately the fabric headboard in the one bedroom is highly fragranced and the comforters were washed with highly scented laundry products, causing an allergic reaction. Other reviews have indicated a very clean unit upon arrival—unfortunately we were not as lucky and found that the unit was not fully cleaned for our stay (lychee fruit on the floor; sticky beverage on the coffee table; large black hairs on the floor of the washroom; and a lack of vacuuming under the beds.) It may be that our experience was a one-off (perhaps the cleaning crew was rushed?) but just something to keep in mind if you don’t wish to clean a bit upon arrival. The kitchen, bathtub and toilet all seemed quite clean. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great Stay
This property was in a great location for our trip to St. Petersburg. It was extremely neat and clean, and it had everything we needed. It was easy to find and the host's check-in instructions were clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here agin!

Perfect location
The property was just as described in the posting. It was very clean and felt more welcoming than a hotel. It is the perfect size for a family/group of 4 (although we only had 2 people). All of the cooking tools necessary for making a meal were also available. The location was PERFECT. It is close to the beach, Tropicana field, grocery stores, and next to some fast food places. If you want fine dining you do have to travel just a little. The only issue we ran into was the cleaning people didnt show up with the linens until after we arrived. It really wasnt a big deal. But the bathroom towels were still damp when we used them. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Came for a graduation
Overall it’s a cute place. Very clean (they even left a can of Lysol out for us to use if we wanted too) and came with everything needed. I made a couple of small suggestions like a bath rug in the bathroom, luggage racks, and somehow sealing the door in the kitchen because there was a bit of a gap that a couple of bugs came through. Let me be clear, they do not have a bug problem. We just happen to catch a couple of bugs coming through that space. It was perfect for what we needed and convenient to every location we needed to go. Would definitely stay again.

We did not stay because the property was infested with mosquito type insects, their larvae and cockroaches. The neighborhood was iffy We do not recommend staying here

Convenient stay
It was a little rough on the outside but the inside was nice. The light switch in the front bedroom quit working and was a little inconvenient and the bathroom could use either rugs on the floor or a floor towel.
