Our beachfront property is the perfect place to relax & unwind. You can enjoy the famous sunsets, boardwalk, and bike paths that make Mission Beach a vacation gem. The home is also just a short walk from Pacific Beach and many restaurants, bars, and cafes.Â
Relax in this newly remodeled two-bedroom/two-bathroom, home only steps from the sand of Mission Beach. And we welcome your Pet Guest!
Enjoy the famous sunsets and beach views on your private patio and walk 2 blocks for Sunrise views over Mission Bay.
Parking is included for 1 vehicle, and we can accommodate larger vehicles in our outdoor spots.
Our property features a modern and chic design, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are outfitted with plush beds, making for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space with a skylight and high ceilings, The space is perfect for lounging while taking in the stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal while enjoying the ocean breeze. The property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while enjoying your beach vacation. Additionally, the unit includes AC and parking for one vehicle.
Please note this is part of a Triplex. This unit is self-contained and has it own spaces and parking spot. The washer dryer is available for guests to use and this is in the garage.
Please note that there are exterior cameras on the property and in the garage they are visible and used for our security.
Also be aware that Mission Beach is a dynamic, lively vacation spot and has something for all ages. There are San Diego noise rules as we are in a neighborhood mixed with rentals and long term residents. Neighborhood rules are enforced and no noise after 10 pm should be heard outside.

I am from Seattle originally and have been a landlord in Seattle for years and a few years ago combined my desire to have a presence in San Diego at the beach with becoming a host. I very much enjoy interacting (as much or as little as you like!) with our guests and helping to make your visit and stay perfect! We strive for becoming your "go to beach place" and love to welcome people back year after year!

Our house is just 20 steps to feet in the sand! North Mission Beach only 2 blocks from the Pacific Beach line, is the ideal location as you have the charm of the famous Mission Beach walking Courts as your location while restaurants, shops, Mission Bay walking path and the boardwalk are just step away in every direction!

Our location, the great layout of the house, the views of the Ocean from the house, and being pet guest friendly makes our property stand out.
We have all the beach gear you could need from towels, surfboards and boogey boards to chairs and beach toys and games, we want your stay at the beach to be just that!
We have 5 parking spots on the property, 3 in garages and 2 outdoors. So, we strive to accommodate even the big trucks and SUV's folks have today!
If your trip includes cooking in, the house has a complete kitchen with all the accoutrements you will need to have a Chef's vacation!
In terms of the living space, our 2BR 2BA house can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably and it surprises guests (pleasantly) with how much room and natural light there is in the house for everyone.
We have all the beach gear you could need from towels, surfboards and boogey boards to chairs and beach toys and games, we want your stay at the beach to be just that!
