Panoramic Oceanfront Stay

This location is simply stunning. Owners provide everything you need for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Manager provides excellent communication regarding check in, pool access, etc and periodically texts asking if you need assistance with anything, which we did not. The ocean view here is captivating and the immediate access to the coastal trail is great.

Spectacular location

It doesn’t get any better than this location. The whale watching, the beaches, it has all the magic of Maui within minutes of walking. The property was well supplied and was a great fit for our family. We’ll be back!

We have been coming to Maui for over 25 years and always feel restored and rebalanced. This property supports wellness in so many ways, from the especially comfortable beds and pillows to the ocean waves you feel you can almost reach out and touch. It is the perfect location if you like watching the seashore and taking coastal walks. We appreciated that the local shop had a matching fund for donations for their staff affected by the Lahaina wildfires. There is so much to love about this area and so much support to continue to provide to the local people, who continue on their own healing and restorative journeys. Mahalo nui loa

Repeat Kapalua Bay Villas Stay

This is our second time staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas - something we hardly ever do when visiting the islands of Hawaii. This condo was as nice as the one we stayed in about ten years ago, both managed by The Parrish Collection. Proximity to the channel and the ocean was perfect. The condo has a full-on oceanfront view with the opportunity to see whales, birds, hikers, surfers, paddleboarders, and windsurfers. Oneola Bay with its wide beach is a short walk away. Kitchenware was fully stocked as were paper towels, toilet paper, and similar consumables; we only needed groceries. We mistakenly bought bottled water, not realizing that the refrigerator had filtered water (with an almost new filter). The rooms were spacious and well appointed with wonderful artwork throughout. The grounds were impeccable with crews working on something different every day. With so many coffee machines on the market now, I'd love for the management company to list the type in the unit on the VRBO page. This one had a permanent filter basket-type machine. We've encountered K-cup, Nespresso, and automatic espresso in other rentals. It's good to know when you shop on the way to the condo. We guessed correctly.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean

Reviewer Comments: It's a beautiful condo right on the ocean in a luxury condo community with multiple pool complexes (one just 100 feet from the front door). The furniture is modern and clean, and the kitchen has all the amenities you might need. The only thing to consider is the fact that the master bedroom is in a loft, which limits its privacy (noise from the living room is easily heard in the MBR and vice versa). Also, there are no blinds on the MBR patio windows, so the MBR becomes quite bright at sunrise (around 6 am). These aren't downsides but just something to be aware of. Again, it's a beautiful condo and we would stay there again.

Thanksgiving vacation

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed at the Bay Villa over the Thanksgiving break (2014). The location of this villa is absolutely fantastic and the views are stunning! You can just sit and stare out into the ocean as long as you want and you may even spot a whale or at least a rainbow. The trail just outside the condo takes you to Oneloa beach as well as DT Fleming beach - both of these are just gorgeous! If you go in the other direction, you end up on Kapalua beach and then Napili beach.The unit itself provides a comfortable space for your stay. It's quite clean. The kitchen is equipped with all that you might need including Ziploc bags, plastic wraps, foil (that is very thoughtful). The beds in both rooms are comfortable. The unit is decorated modestly. The pictures look better and brighter than the actual place probably because of the lighting. There were only a couple of minor things - the unit is enclosed in massive windows, which provides great views from each room. However, since the unit is so close to the ocean, the windows barely stay spotless. Professionals did come out to clean the windows while we were there, but it didn't help much because of the constant spray from the ocean and light rain. We kept washing down the living room windows with the provided hose so we could see clearly. The other thing that would've been really nice is to have a mid-week cleaning rather just linen change. Most timeshares provide such service for a week long stay.

If you want to stay in Kapalua... this is the place!

Reviewer Comments: Bay Villa 34b2 was an absolutely wonderful location with beautiful views of the Kapalua Coast and the island of Molokai across the channel. From the moment we walked in the door we were extremely impressed with the view and setting of the villa. Going up the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom was like adding another great surprise to an already impressive living situation. Jake Jacobs' crew was extremely responsive to any issues involving the internet connection or anything else we needed. My advice: If you can afford it... GO! I would love to experience 34b2 again! My family and I travelled all over the island, but it was always a pleasure to return "home" to the villa. The parking area is on the same level as the villa so going over the bridge made the luggage transfer very easy. There is a full kitchen if you want to cook, but if not there are a number of great restaurants within a mile or two. We loved the whole experience. Thanks Jake.MM

The views were great and we had a short walk to Oneloa or Kapalua Bay for beaches. The pool was hardly ever busy, so it was a private pool for us many afternoons. The ac worked great which can sometimes be an issue in the villas. The views are spectacular of Molokai and the Kapalua coastline.

Wonderful Week in Kapalua

The Villa was exactly as represented in the photos, with lots of room for everyone and fantastic views from every room. We enjoyed the rainbows and the walk right outside our lanai. We were happy to be up a level rather than on the ground floor - better views and a little distance from the path of fellow tourists. The villa was pristine and the kitchen very well equipped for snacks and meals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From beginning to end, it took over 16 hours door-to-door for my family and me to get to Maui. So, as the one who booked our vacation home for my husband and 3 children, I was crossing my fingers that we would walk into the home and find that it was the way it appeared on line. Thank gosh, it was exactly as pictured! This condo was clean, had a perfect location, was spacious, and had very comfortable beds. My only bit of constructive criticism is that I would have appreciated it if a bottle of Windex were left at the property for me to use to clean up the windows during our stay. They did get somewhat "messy" from the little bit of rain we had. All in all, though, this was a great place to stay and met all of my expectations after our very long journey. FANTASTIC VILLA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was fantastic with an amazing panoramic view on both levels and a great floor plan. The location on the Kapalua Bay Resort is truly an Ocean Front as pictured. It was furnished with all the amenities to make you feel at home and the essentials (Towels, chairs, body boards, and small cooler) to enjoy the private beach just a short walk away. The villa wash very clean and worthy of high end resort status. Aloha Vacations took care of any request we had and ensured our excursions (Snuba Diving, Pearl Harbor Tour, Dinner @ Spago, and great Luau were all set before arriving.I would highly recommend this villa to my friends and family.

ISSUES WITH DISCOUNTED RATE DUE TO INCONVENIENCE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was lovely. However, I was quite disappointed because on two separate occasions the master bathroom upstairs flooded because of a stopped up pipe. This required us to be inconvenienced for hours on two separate occasions during our stay, both at tiimes when we had appointments and needed to get ready. It caused our possessions to get flooded first with toilet water and then with regular water. Once it was on the weekend and they did not guarantee that they could get someone to repair til the next day, but they did, When I suggested that I should get a credit on my bill of some sort, I was told that I should expect such things as they do happen. I am a vacation rental owner in the lower 48. I felt this was irresponsible on the management part, IF this happens at my unit, I definitely offer concessions to my customer and I don’t charge $695.00 a day to stay at my place. For that price, there definitely should have been concessions made.. My unit is not Hawaii, I understand that. But I should have been given a decent refund for this inconvenience. I felt like that was in poor business taste and judgement and for that reason will not rent from this company again.

The best location in Kapalua Bay Villas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second March break in this unit. We have stayed in about 7 different units in KBV and this one is our new favourite. The view from the main sitting area and upstairs loft bedroom is incredible. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated periodically so nothing feels worn out or dated.
