Le Newport Condominium a une belle vue sur l'eau de Spa Creek à Eastport. Ce condo est joliment décoré, électroménagers et meubles. Comprend un lit de traßneau et une poire Areobed automatique. Condo over regarde un quai de bateau, l'historique Carroll House et St. Mary's Church. Newport est un bùtiment sécurisé avec des places de stationnement gratuites, mais vous voudrez marcher jusqu'aux nombreux restaurants, au quartier historique (State House) City Dock et aux boutiques du port d'Annapolis. Excellent emplacement pour les plaisanciers, les escapades romantiques ou les matchs de football naval!

Quiet, safe, relaxing, lovely...perfect!

This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed - and helpful! The condo furnishings are very high quality and the entire unit is well and tastefully decorated. Hint: if you follow golf, you will love the theme - as I did. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay - it is small by comparison with two and three bedroom places, but for one or two people it's ideal!

Safe and Convenient Location

This is a very small apartment, but that’s all I needed for the weekend. I’m a woman traveling alone and safety is a big factor for me. I felt very secure and comfortable in this home. The location is nice. My only complaint (minor) is that the refrigerator was very loud.

Very Accommodating

I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!

We came up for the bowl game in Annapolis and this place offered a great place to stay near downtown and access to anywhere! The condo offered a clean comfortable place with all you need so close.

Great spot! And best value in town

I’ve stayed at several places around Annapolis and Eastport. This is on the top of my list to return. Great location to walk into DTA and Eastport. Just a five minute walk to the market. 7 minute walk to davis pub! Exactly as advertised, ample parking. Great communication.

Great location to enjoy Annapolis!

The location was great with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We came to see the Halloween concert at USNA and the condo is in the best location to walk Eastport and old town Annapolis. I chose this condo because of the rooftop (although we didn't take advantage of it) and the easy parking. I would recommend this property.

Although it is a vintage building, it is well maintained and the condo was clean and well appointed. Very easy walk to sailing association and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Eastport for parents weekend

Just the perfect distance from the yard- drivable 6 minutes and walkable 15 minutes! If you want to be close to the academy but not DTA, this is perfect. Clean and reasonably priced! I had a couple of questions while I was there- Joe was responsive and helpful! Thank you!!

We live about 30 minutes from Annapolis and love to come here for get-aways. Always something going on in Annapolis.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is so much to do in Annapolis any time of the year. The harbor has boat excursions, kayak rentals and water taxis. There are many great restaurants and places to shop. The Navy football games and Boat Show in the fall are also favorites. You will find everything in walking distance. It’s easy to get to and from BWI or Reagan National Airports. (Great for romantic getaways)
