With a high-rise deck overlooking Lake Mille Lacs, this property provides a beautiful view to enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise and a relaxing beverage at sunset. In the summer, enjoy direct lake access for fishing/swimming while also taking advantage of nearby attractions such as golf courses, beaches, and ATV trails. In the winter, come set up an ice house near the cabin to bring in the walleyes or snowmobile on the lake and trails.

We stayed this past weekend and did some ice fishing. The home was beautiful, spacious, lots of natural lighting. The home had everything we needed. Definitely kid friendly with all the games and toys (we were a group of adults only). I would definitely come back and stay, but in the summer this time.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The view was spectacular, the grandkids loved catching minnows. The adults enjoyed time relaxing and fishing. What a great relaxing time for all!!!We had plenty of space, and all the tools that we needed for meals. It’s all about family and memories, we had many!!

Beautiful Lakefront Property

This is a wonderful property for anyone looking for a waterfront getaway that is conveniently located to local attractions. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy their time without feeling cramped, and lots of onsite activities (i.e. corn hole, games, grill, etc.) to enjoy your time during your stay.

Great lakefront property

This beautiful cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has all the amenities you would need. Very clean and comfortable. We would go back there again.

Fishing trip

Our group had a great time, our 1st night there we were able to catch a few fishes off the deck. The steps down were a little steep but our group had no issues. Our group loves to cook and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We wanted to get in a little more fishing on our last day and Nathan was accommodating and allowed us to check out at a later time. The cleanliness is a 4 Star but not due to Nathan, we went during mayflies hatching and they're were piles of dead Mayflies everywhere. We would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin on the lake

Everything was great very easy checking process, Everything was clean and ready to go the only thing I would say is the dock is not usable for anybody with a large fishing boat it is too shallow, would be nice if it was a little farther out in deeper water, I could not leave my boat on the dock had to pull it out every night other than that stay was great.

Peaceful get away

We did a group retreat here for the weekend. Nathan is a great host and the place was well supplied with everything we needed. The house has an amazing view of the lake. I noticed fishing poles were available in the garage which I thought was a nice touch! Plenty of outside chairs available for around the fire, very clean space.

Excellent place to stay

Very clean and tidy. It is a lovely place indeed! Equipped with everything you need. It’s like a home away from home. Nathan is the most thoughtful and gracious host. Thanks Nathan… we did enjoy a bottle of wine you provided to us and had a great stay in your place. Definitely will come back!

Bachelorette Party

The stay was great!!! My questions (I had a lot-lol) were answered within 5-30 minutes every time. The property is set up with far more than you will expect from a VRBO- to the point that we overpacked expecting to need all sorts of cooking utensils and pots/pans/crockpots/etc. The house is really big and fit our party perfectly. I have zero complaints with our stay. We had a great time! Also, the welcome basket was very sweet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hornet or wasp problem. Unsafe stairs.

The house was a perfect size for my family. Stairs going down to the lake. Slanted and wobbly railings. There was a hornet or wasp nest half way down to the lake. 3 of my grandkids got stung Friday night, would no longer go down in front. Spiral staircase off the deck had too large of gaps between the spirals, unsafe. Damp towels left in the dryer. 3 loaves of bread left in the drawer in the kitchen. Spent the whole weekend in the driveway playing games and that's where the firepit was.

Hello Debra. I am very sorry about the wasps nest as I was unaware of it prior to your groups stay. We took care of the issue as fast as we could. I hope you guys were still able to enjoy the beach nearby that I recommended.

The eagles nest

The property could be beautiful but the yard and outside is very poorly maintained-weeds and tall grass. Nathan did say he was in the process of redoing the stairs down to the dock- they really really need it. The dock was a joke!! Unsafe to be on let alone fish off of. The house is very nice but it wasn’t very clean. The linens on the beds looked old and stained. I could only find 2 towels when arrived so we used those and our own beach towels. The next day I washed them so we could use them again and that’s when I found the rest of the towels in the dryer still wet . There were personal things left in the bath room cabinets ( hair brush). I have never had to worry about cleanliness in a Vrbo property before this. Nathan didn’t answer any questions about the property until 1week prior and that wsa to tell to read the manual in the house when we got there. We have been staying in Vrbo properties for the past 12-15 years and this is the first time I have ever given a bad review. It was an expensive mistake!!!

Hey Linda, I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. This summer has been hectic with back-to-back bookings, leaving very little time for a few fixes and maintenance items. However, we understand that these are important and have blocked off a month to address all the things you mentioned. Regarding the answering of your questions, I see that you asked one question related to boat rentals and I replied in 20 minutes. I also, provided directions/access instructions to the property 8 days prior to your stay and access code the day of your stay. I take communication with the guests very seriously and I’m sorry this didn’t meet your liking. With having over 30 stays on rental sites and averaging 4.9 star reviews from guests (all complementing the level of communication), I’d gladly listen to how you think I that aspect could be improved.
