Mille Lacs Family Getaway

Watch the sunrise over beautiful Mille Lacs Lake. Our year around home is situated on the Northwest corner of Mille Lacs Lake. The main floor of the home has a large kitchen / dining room that comfortably seats the entire group. The living room has a large TV and plenty of comfortable seats to relax and watch a movie after a day of fun on the water. The master suite is on the main level, as well as the laundry. Go up the stairs to a game room that overlooks the lake and has a poker table, foosball table and high top for playing cards, checkers and chess. Off the game room are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs from the game room is another loft bedroom. A paddle boat, bean bags and games are at the property for guests to use.
We would like to welcome you as our guests.

We do have neighbors and families are welcome, if you are looking for a party spot we would recommend you look for another property.

This is our favorite house to stay in while visiting the Mille Lacs area. The house gets a lot of natural sunlight, has a beautiful view of the lake, and a ton of space to play indoor and outdoor. Perfect holiday getaway

Amazing house and amazing property! We thoroughly enjoy our stay! The he house was very clean, gorgeous, and had anything we needed. The area is safe and access to the lake was perfect. We were grateful we got to experience this beautiful home for the 4th of July!

It's a beautiful home on Lake Mill Lacs...

The kids really enjoyed swimming off the pontoon that we had rented. They also loved staying in the loft as the upper views were beautiful! Connie p.s. the only thing is it would be helpful to have some flystrip(ugly I know) but with coming/going we had many bugs/flies entering

We had a seven adults and a toddler for a long weekend stay at this home. It was fabulous. It’s spacious, beautiful and so comfortable. It’s set up for relax in any room with games, comfortable seating, gorgeous views of the lake or gathered at the large kitchen table. There were ample pillows, blankets, utensils, and appliances. Toys and sleeping accommodations for young children were a huge hit with our little one. We enjoyed seating on the patio and grilling out back. We were able to park 3 trucks, each towing a trailer for ATVs or a bass boat, plus a car on the driveway. The neighbors were friendly and there’s very little traffic. We definitely will stay here again. Thanks for a memorable trip.

Mille Lacs Lake Home with Very spacious family areas

As noted in my review, everything met out expectations with respect to the home. Ellen, one of the owners, was very kind and responded quickly to our texts and very graciously extended our checkout time by one hour, which was VERY helpful to get our 7 adults out the door. The living areas (kitchen/DR and living/game rooms) were very spacious and worked were for our large group. Our annual family reunion was 1/2 mile from the VRBO and that distance worked really well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

FamFest

This was an excellent and beautiful spot for our family trip. The house was big enough for all four separate families to have their own room and space. We had everything we needed to eat in and sitting on the patio enjoying coffee while watching the lake, was very relaxing. We played uno flip on the poker table and dueled in foosball games. We rented a pontoon for the day and cruised around the lake - very cool. Hostess Ellen thought of all creature comforts to make it feel cozy. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. It's a place we would definitely like to return too!

Beautiful roomy home with a lovely view of the lake

A 4th of July family gathering of 4 generations ranging from 2 years old to 91 years old. The owners have thought of every last item that is needed for a lake house vacation with every kitchen appliance you might need. The house was spotless upon our arrival and there were extras of all the essentials especially kitchen and bath towels. A huge yard in front and huge yard in front of the house with yard games and chairs/table provided. All questions that we directed to the owner were promptly and completely answered both before and during our stay. We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home - thank you!

Ideal family getaway

Our family from northern and southern MN met at this VRBO, in the middle, for the wknd. We have a baby, young kids and adults and the setup was perfect. All bedrooms had space for kiddos. The common and outdoor spaces were great for the whole family. We went to the safari north zoo, mini golfing, swam, and played croquet in the backyard. The home is clean and beautiful, host communication was excellent. We forgot my niece's blankie and it was found and mailed back to us. Neighbors were also super friendly. We went for multiple walks along the quiet road between the home and lake. Met and chatted with neighbors to both sides. 5 stars across the board, very happy with our stay.

This was just as the listing explained. Very nice layout of the house. The backyard is huge and the view of the lake is breathtaking. The road it was on was quiet and there were friendly neighbors. Will likely book again.

Perfectly peaceful

Group of 5 friends on our annual ladies weekend. We loved our stay, beautiful accommodations with an unforgettable view. Visited with the neighbor who turned out to be from our neighborhood! Took walks, enjoyed the eagles flying over and lots of games on the poker table. We are already talking about coming back. Ellen was always very responsive to questions and the kitchen has everything you need!
