Relax at this cozy and luxurious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath newly built house in a 24-hour gated community.

Take in the fresh air and the lush mountain view from the tropical themed bedrooms; turn on the cool air and lounge on the Italian leather sofa after a whole day exploring in the sun; enjoy your 3 course dinner prepared in the fully stocked kitchen and the move night with a home theater.

Near the golf course and hike trail, minutes away from famous surf beach and best spot for snorkeling.

This house is located in a safe and quiet gated community in the Makaha Valley, majestic mountain view and partial ocean view.

✿ Everything in the house is brand new when set up in early 2023.

✿ 1 King bed (in master bedroom)
1 Queen bed (Room 2)
2 Twin size beds (Room 3)
2 Bunk beds that can sleep 4 (up to 250 lb per bed) (Room 4)
1 Queen size Italy leather sofa bed (Living room)

✿ Beautyrest mattresses, Sealy pillows (soft and firm sets in each room), high thread count cotton linens, 100% cotton blankets for your comfort.

✿ Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, snorkels, cooler, children's toys, board games, rain umbrellas, crib and highchair are provided.

✿ You'll have access to the private yard, with a patio and grill.

✿You'll have full access to the 2 cars garage (standard size, drive carefully) and driveway, but I'll ask not to block the street.

✿ Large and high-capacity washer/ dryer in garage.

❀ Legal short term rental. As it's in a residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events or large gatherings, quiet hour 9:00pm - 8:00am.

First time in Oahu/Hawaii

Everything about the property was great. The gated community, view of the mountains, etc. The only thing people need to be aware is the west side of the island where this community is located, had beaches with rows and rows of unhoused people who had their tents up.

This home was perfect for our family Christmas celebrations. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great neighborhood, house but no pool as advertised

The house was great for our party of nine adults. House was new well appointed and had several things that were helpful like plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. Only one tv in a single bedroom. Two larger bedrooms didn't have a tv. In the living room there was a projector and screen. The projector had a fire stick and we were able to view Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu etc. but no local news or tv. Listing says there is a pool and gym that would be completed in summer of 23 but as of today neither are completed. We booked this house months ago and that was a deciding factor based on our party. I touched base with the owner a couple of days prior to our departure and asked about the pool since no new pictures had been uploaded and was told that the HOA still hadn’t completed it and that they were almost done ( all but landscaping) and they were sorry. Felt as the ad was very misleading and should have been updated since the booking. Had to inquire about the WiFi and password after arrival since nothing was in the instructions or in the house about it. Always quick responses from the owner but probably would look elsewhere in the future based on the lack of transparency and what felt like a dishonest advertisement for the property.

Winter Get-away

The property was so spacious! It was a great fit for our family of 4 adults and 6 children ages 2-15. When we have that many people, it can be difficult to find a place roomy enough for all. The kids enjoyed being with their cousins and the memories made there will last. Also, with that many people, it was so nice to have a washer and dryer there! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and roomy, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with new appliances. When we're far from home, it's nice to have such a nice place to stay. We will most definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Oahu

We visited for 4 nights before staying at Disney's Aulani resort. We stayed with another family and this house was very comfortable for our group of 9. The neighborhood is very dense with other homes but it seemed nice and we had no concerns, especially considering that it is a gated community. There were plenty of bedrooms and a large open kitchen + living room that provided enough space for us to spread out. The unit was very clean, well maintained as a new build, and also provided more than enough space in the garage and driveway for our 2 vehicles. We did not have much direct communication with the owners, but the property managers that live in the neighborhood did visit to finish working on something right as we were were arriving. They were very helpful in providing recommendations for groceries and dining. The landscaping in the back yard was not complete, due to the community center pool being located immediately behind this house and still under construction. It didn't affect us, but it didn't look like the pictures that were posted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if visiting Oahu.

Best Vacay Ever!

This home was awesome. It was very accommodating for 10 people. I heard, “This is a nice house.” numerous times from my family. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay here again.
