I don't now where to start from a trip of a life time . Mighty tree villa completed it all for us we felt astonished with this high class mansion great views from every angle we felt at home .This was from the seven wonders on earth I can go on and on and wont finish. 10 out of 10 recommend! Perfect Christmas in Sedona and at this home!

We really enjoyed spending our Christmas in Sedona and at this home! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. It felt so cozy with a fireplace in most rooms that was quick and easy to start. We were able to cook meals, stock the fridge, enjoy the jacuzzi & pool, play games in the game room, enjoy the beautiful backyard, sleep comfortably each night, and enjoy a wonderful Christmas morning as a family. Our hostess was incredibly responsive to any of our questions and/or requests. Sedona is beautiful with amazing views in every direction. We took a short hike in Fay Canyon that was easy enough for my 77 year old mom to take using two canes for balance. She is a champ! We found a friendly church to attend, ate at a few local restaurants, enjoyed some shopping, and did a little grocery shopping. The traffic was heavy at times due to the holiday, but we didn't mind. We just sang along to some extra Christmas music while we drove. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The management company was extremely responsive and made everything effortless from start to finish. The house itself was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family Thanksgiving get-together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to both Sedona and Oak Creek. There was plenty of room for multiple adults to enjoy time together as well as quiet moments alone. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and a great bonus for relaxing. Highly recommend staying here—would definitely book again!

The property is stunning with nearly 360' views from within the home. The set up is great for families and groups of couples. The kitchen is well suited for entertaining. We loved the hot top, you will need to be in communication with management about setting it up to be the appropriate temperature. Kids really liked the game room. From the moment we arrived, this Sedona home absolutely blew us away! The panoramic views are truly breathtaking — every window frames a picture-perfect vista of red rocks and sprawling landscapes. Inside, the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and outfitted with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The amenities were next level: the game room provided endless fun for everyone, and unwinding in the hot tub under the stars was one of our favorite evenings. The pool was clean, inviting, and perfect for a warm afternoon dip. We also appreciated how well maintained everything was and how responsive the host was any time we had a question. Location wise, it's ideal — secluded enough for peaceful relaxation, yet still easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and trails. We loved every minute and can't wait to return. We all fell in love with this property. It has stunning views, very nice amenities, and it was very comfortable. The property was very clean and was a pleasure to spend time in during our vacation. Communication with the management company was very easy and they ensured that any small glitches were immediately taken care of, even if that meant sending someone out after hours. We would definitely recommend this property and I'm hoping to return with my family members next year as this stay was with a group of friends.
