Comfortable cottage on beautiful square pond. This cottage offers heat and AC, two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen. Gradual sandy beach in a private and quiet cove. Outdoor fire pit (wood included). Shaded patio with grill. Full dock with space for 3 boats. 50’ of water frontage.

Square pond offers a public boat launch and there are bars and restaurants minutes away. There is also ATV access just minutes away.

Awesome stay at a great cottage

My family has been going to square for years. We have family on the lake and it is one of our favorite places. This was the perfect place of tour family of 5. The finishes were awesome and the outdoor area was perfect.

Summer getaway

We had an incredible time during our stay at Square Pond! This was our first Vrbo experience and it has set the bar high for other rentals. Everything was clean, check in and check out process was incredibly easy and clearly communicated, the hosts thought of everything you could need to enjoy some time by the water. We would happily rent from them again!

Perfect Little Lake Cottage

The cottage was just as described and very clean. It was the perfect amount of space for our family, and even had extra beds in the loft if needed. The location was perfect right on Square Pond and a huge dock to accommodate the boat we rented. They had plenty of seating outside for a fire and a lovely little patio in the back for hanging out and grilling. The owner responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. We definitely would recommend staying here.

Fall long weekend getaway

The cottage was perfect for our long weekend getaway to visit family that live on nearby Mousam Lake. I’ve never visited New England in the fall and it was as pretty as they say! As soon as we arrived my daughter claimed the loft and jumped in the water to kayak around the cove. The inside was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The kitchen and patio had all you’d need to need to prepare meals and it was the perfect size for our group of 3 adults and a tween! The cabin was centrally located between Mt Washington/Conway as well as the coast. David was quick to answer any questions and we’ll definitely be looking to visit again next summer!

Wonderful Spot for Family

I stayed up here with my wife and two young kids. We had a wonderful time. Dave was a great host and very responsive with any questions I had. Check in was breeze. The house was brand new, very clean, and so well organized. All of the pots, pans, utensils, etc were there that you would need. The beds were very comfortable as well which is always great to have on vacation. And of course the outside was great. Awesome grass yard leading up to a sandy beach that the kids loved. The dock was perfect and in great condition. We sat by the fire pit every night and listened to the loons. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
