Toute l'année, maison au bord du lac avec de superbes vues.

Belle maison au bord de l'eau sur 500+ acres Pine River Pond. La promenade de la chambre principale et dans l'eau est à moins de 40 pieds! Plage de sable avec une eau cristalline (pas de chaussures d'eau nécessaires).

Imaginez-vous assis sur le pont, buvant une tasse de café le matin, regardant la vue magnifique ou regardant les enfants jouer sur la plage de sable.

La plupart des soirs et des matins, vous aurez droit au son des huards qui habitent actuellement Pine River Pond. La nuit, tout en profitant du feu de camp, marchez jusqu'au quai, allongez-vous et regardez les étoiles. Il est rare de ne pas apercevoir une étoile filante.

Que vous sirotiez des cocktails dans les chaises Adirondack ou siégiez dans le hamac après une partie de golf, vous serez sûr de vous détendre vraiment pendant ces vacances.

Les magasins d'usine de North Conway et White Mountains sont à 45 minutes au nord. Wolfboro et le lac Winnepasaukee à 20 minutes à l'ouest. Équitation à proximité.

This is a beautiful house - just like the listing photos. Very clean. We enjoyed the views, done some fishing off the dock, took the kayaks out and had a wonderful time.

Five senior friends totally enjoyed this rental experience. The house was perfect for our needs and the view was wonderful. There was nothing we would have changed about the accommodations and our mini reunion was perfect. We plan to return in the spring and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is secluded and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The lake was beautiful. Great getaway for a long weekend of fishing.

Awesome property to stay at if you’re looking to get a little ice fishing in. Can’t beat the proximity to the water and we were catching perch all weekend long. Excellent communication with the Tom and Shelly.

This place was awesome!! The inside was very clean and updated and the views from the huge windows were incredible. Mr. Daniels was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Definitely a place to come back to for a vacation!!

Fantastic place to stay in NH

Tom and Shelly go above and beyond to make their home comfortable for their guests. The entire property is immaculate and beautiful and they are extremely thoughtful in terms of amenities. They are also very friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing visit and it was very convenient to attend a nearby wedding.

Nice updated camp with a beautiful view of the pond and a nice size beach for the kids to play. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Owners were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing place!

We had ten family members for a much overdue reunion and the place was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, and the view and beach were amazing. We were outside the whole time. Tom and Shelly were great, super responsive and always eager to help. Will definitely come again!

Beautiful Spot

We were up in Wakefield for a wedding and found this gem! Tom was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our needs. The pictures do not do it justice as the view of the lake and mountains was a treat to wake up to every morning. Everything was clean, quiet, and amazingly comfortable. I would definitely return again!

Fantastic family vacation spot

All the positive reviews you read on here are true. This lake house was everything we wanted and so much more. The beds are so comfy, the views are spectacular, the owners Tom and Shelly live right next store are so accommodating, the house was stocked with everything we could need, and the lake front was perfect for our two young children. We have definitely found a house we will return to year after year for that perfect relaxing family vacation.

Shelly and Tom Daniels grew up in the Boston area. Tom from Medfield and Shelly from Newburyport. We lived in Newburyport before work took us to Minnesota and Maryland and then back to Newburyport. After vacationing with our 4 kids at multiple lakes around New Hampshire and Maine, we just fell in love with Pine River Pond, the crystal clear water, and the outstanding views of Mount Shaw (Castle in the Clouds) from our property.

In fact, we liked it so much, we bought the house next door and now live there year-round.

Great 4-season house. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, winter ice fishing, fall foliage, snowmobiling or looking to ski.

The water here is crystal clear. Not to scare you, but if you look off the docks and into the water, you'll see fish swimming around. Sandy beach, great views. Location, location, location.

This is a great 4-season house for that multi-generational vacation. Gentle sloping property makes it easy to get around. Adults can sit on the deck and keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach or in the water.
