Regarding your arrival: Our check-in window is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please share your estimated arrival time with us so we can prepare for your stay.



To ensure our team can assist you promptly, please note that arrivals after your confirmed time incur a fee of $28 USD per hour. Additionally, arrivals after the 21:00 check-in window incur a fee of $45 USD per hour.

The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests stay and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals.



Before your arrival we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will stay and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
