We are located right off West End, a highly sought out quiet neighborhood, close to all highways, downtown + lots of places to eat + explore. Check out the parthenon! 6 minutes to downtown! 4 minutes to midtown!
This is a very peaceful and quiet residential area

Come unwind + get funky at our newly renovated pad.

Extremely dissatisfied

Check in was at 3pm. At 430 the unit still had not been cleaned. The cleaning lady told us that someone had called out sick and it would be 30-45 minutes to clean the place. She had not even started cleaning. In my opinion 45 minutes is not enough time to properly clean a 2 BDR 2 bath townhome. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty. The cleaning lady then lied to the host and told the host that I said I didn’t want her to clean. We called the host twice and there was no answer other than a machine. The host did reply to our messages and agreed to either refund us or if we waited would refund our cleaning fee. We opted for a refund as I was not confident in the cleaning lady’s ability to clean. Also the host told us the cleaning lady was sick and that’s why she was running behind. I truly didn’t want a sick person cleaning a room for us. We are no waiting on a refund. We received a partial refund however i had to teach out to the house again as the hair needs to cancel with VRBO so we can recive a 100% refund. We also now have to call the insurance company in order to receive our insurance refund. Very very frustrating

Perfect for our get away!

We were only in town for one night but could not have picked a better place! It was clean, quiet and a short Lyft trip to Broadway. We've bookmarked it so we can book again for future trips.

Convenient location. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Floors were sticky upon arrival. Response to questions were efficient.
