I liked this property and would definitely recommend staying here. The theme and vibe was nostalgic in the best way. The location is convenient and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. However, parking was a slight inconvenience and the kitchen was not stocked well enough to cover our needs (e.g. baking sheet).

This home is super cute! We really only needed a place to sleep for the night - and we were thrilled with this option! The area is super quiet and safe! We were super impressed with the quietness given the proximity to the highway! The BEDS!! We went home trying to find the mattresses and the sheets. So comfortable!Would highly recommend!

Host response to questions were prompt and complete. Everything was exactly as expected. Proximity to Broadway was great, only 2 miles away, short drive and close to the highway if traveling outside of town.

Great location, quiet community, and very friendly host. The only suggestion is if you could add some bowls in the kitchen it will be easier for us to have noodles or soups. Thanks for everything again. Kids love Nashville.

Clean and comfortable accomodation

We were just looking for a place to stay for one evening before we left for the Great Smokey Mountains. While we weren't interested in the themed nature of the place we were happy with the accommodation. The place was clean, check in was easy and the location was convenient. They provided everything we needed included ground coffee.

The place was decorated cutely and easy to access. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was updated and clean. It was a great rental for the value and so close to downtown! My only negative would be the futons could have been cleaned or recovered, and the back yard/patio wasn't very inviting. There were party lights, but nowhere to plug them in. And some fence posts were broken. It would be a great place to sit outside if maintained!

Overall it was a good experience. There were some maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The front door lower hinge was not screwed to the jamb and the door was loose and didn't close well. It did lock fine. Upstairs the flooring is coming apart at the seams. The upstairs windows were not locked. There was towels in the wash. There were areas on the walls that need cleaned in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and well made. Overall the place was clean and the fridge was new and clean. The 90s theme was fun and gave the place some character.

It was a great property in what seems to be a safe area. The only negative was the price that was listed as “All fees included” nearly doubled by the time all of the fees were actually included. If staying multiple days, it would not have been so surprising. Other than that, it was as advertised and a very nice place to stay.
