Our spacious and luxurious villa is located in a private complex just a short 5 min drive from (coco bongo) downtown Punta Cana. Our villa contains the best rooftop in the area which has a pool table, jacuzzi and a BBQ area perfect for a great time with family and friends.

If you have to work remotely, confidently with high-speed 100mbps wi-fi throughout the villa.

Need transportation too and from the airport? Want to hire a private chef? Want to book an excursion?

NOTE:Electricity Is Not Included In The Price. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the sum of $10 per night.

NOTE: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and rooftop

Had an amazing stay at Alex’s villa. Beautiful views of Punta Cana from the rooftop. It was very quiet, safe and secure but still close to all the fun in the city. Alex was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay.

Overall pretty good but.....

Host Alex was very help[ulJacuzzi..heats in couple hours not 25 min. as statedIf you plan to have guests or visitors arrange ahead of time with AlexLocation will need car..Caution: If you use his driver/guide he will charge comission (around 25%) on all tours, services, food etc.though Im told this is common there

VILLA AT PRIMAVERAL II

The place was amazing! It had a rooftop Jacuzzi, pool table and grill. It had a modern kitchen. The living room had a nice flat screen tv with wifi. And the beds were comfortable with a balcony in every bedroom!

Cozy villa close to all in Punta Cana

Very nice 3 floor villa with great AC. Loved the pool in the back yard and the hot tub in the roof. Enjoyed myself very much and recommend this property for future stays. Thanks.

Beautiful property in an equally beautiful, serene, and safe neighborhood. Things that need to be updated, changed, or fixed are: the washing machine, blender, the fill valves of the toilets, and electric wiring of the jacuzzi, which is causing occasional trip-offs

Private Villa in Punta Cana

Alex was an amazing and attentive host. There were a few hiccups with finding the exact location of the house and ordering Ubers but Alex was responsive to every question and left detailed videos, voicenotes and even accepted a phone call to troubleshoot some issues. Not only did Alex go above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, but he also had a friend, Jorge, who helped us with grocery shopping, booking excursions, taking us to the airport and finding the best food. The place looks exactly like the pictures! We would definitely return and utlize Alex and Jorge's services again.

Vacation home in the DR for life

Alex house is exactly how the picture show looks even more amazing in person. It’s gated with 24 hours security. Alex responded to all text and calls and handle a issue fast. Everything is 5 - 20 minutes away. Only thing I suggest is getting antennas for tv’s and add a tv to the roof top that will make crazy . But it’s great like it is I most definitely will be stay here any time I visit. Thank you Alex for lending your home.
