PRIVATE PARKING:
2 Car garage parking, plus, 7 car capacity driveway parking. Plus gated RV and boat sized parking! Our driveway is relatively flat.

OCCUPANCY:
Per city regulations, ONLY 12 PERSONS (OF ANY AGE) ARE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY. Only the number of persons listed in your reservation (up to 12) are permitted on the property at any given time. If you plan to have daytime visitors, please include them in your guest count. There is a $500 charge and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund for violating this maximum occupancy rule.

ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code before check-in. Check-in any time after 4pm Pacific Time Zone. Check out is at 10am Pacific Time Zone.
No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late additional charges will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the home.
Do not modify or turn off the internet system of the home.
Smart TVs in each of the 5 bedrooms and 1 common area. No cable programming provided due to the multitude of streaming/screen-casting options guests typically have nowadays on our SmartTVs. If you are unfamiliar with this concept, just ask us about how this works. Most people already have this ability, but are not aware.

Arcade games in downstairs game room, hundreds of games included.

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides initial supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen/bathroom trash can liners, toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, hand soap, shampoo and conditioners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY/LAWS:
Exterior Ring floodlight camera located above the front door, the attached garage door, and the casita garage door w/ continuous 24/7 video and audio recording at the front entrance, side yard, and the driveways respectively. There is also a camera inside the garage recording audio and video 24/7. Cameras are monitored to ensure compliance w/ house rules and for security purposes.
There are NO indoor cameras in living spaces.
There are city required noise monitoring devices in the common areas of the home. The devices record average decibel levels over time only and do NOT record any conversations. They are used to monitor noise levels as well as defend us against unfounded noise complaints. Do NOT turn off, remove, or tamper with this equipment.
Guests must follow all city, county, and state laws.
No Smoking indoors (including the garage) or allowing outside smoke to enter the home
Pool is 9’ deep at the deep end, absolutely NO DIVING
No fireworks allowed on the property.

POOL:
There is an option to either heat the jacuzzi only or the pool and jacuzzi together for your stay. All pool functions are controlled remotely by the host.
There is an extra charge of $75 x nights of your stay to heat the jacuzzi only. Jacuzzi heating is turned on and off at your request. At your request, jacuzzi target temperature can be set as high as 103F.
There is a fee of $150 x nights of your stay to heat both the pool and jacuzzi. This heating of the entire system (pool+jacuzzi together) is continuous for your stay. Pool target temperature is 87F.
As with most residential pools, note that our jacuzzi and pool are operated with one pump. When the jacuzzi water is being recirculated to achieve a 100F temperature, the pool is not being actively heated and may slowly lose heat based on outdoor temps.
Spa jets and pool lights are available with heating packages only.
Our pool is cleaned twice a week, always on the same days. Being that this is an outdoor pool, and depending on your day of arrival, you may encounter some debris in the pool, particularly if it has been windy. We provide a pole mounted net for your use.

MAIL:
You are not allowed to receive mail at our property unless you have requested and have received written permission to do so from us. The purpose of this rule is to prevent fraud.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE:
The home is adjacent to a secondary road and across the street from an elementary school. Both may produce noise and traffic at certain times of the day.

REFUNDS:
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please consider purchasing travel insurance that may cover some of these losses.

Rental Agreement and ID: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement, outlining the guidelines and house rules and provide identification, within 24 hours. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily sign the agreement.
