The property in the house itself was not bad. There was just a few things that could be improved on a little bit cleaner on the outside area. A few more pots and pans when we're trying to cook for 7 people, there wasn't quite enough sufficient plates and silverware, on the other hand. Could have used more toilet paper. We were there from Sunday to Sunday, and there was a total of 4567 rolls for 7 people. For 7 days, a little bit more laundry detergent would have been nice. Um, I cleaned the outside where the turf was at. It didn't look like it had been clean for quite a while. There was paper plates underneath the couch and the ottoman, which we did not use paper plates. There was all kinds of candy wrapper and food stuck to it. I kind of cleaned it all up. Was it easy fix? On the other hand the barbecue grill was nasty. But the owner was very nice and accommodating. He went and bought us a new grill, which was very nice of him. The chairs around the kitchen table, um, one broke on my granddaughter, and she fell on the floor hurt her elbow. There was another chair that I sat out in the garage that needed a little fix, and it was about ready to fall on the floor too. But on a positive note, we had a wonderful time made the best of it. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, could use a few more chairs in the living room when you're going to have rent to 7 people, though just a little food for thought and yes, we would rent from them again. Thank you.

Started off with a little hiccup. But host was able to fix it even with them being on a plane. The house was great. A nice quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the games and the pool. With it being over 110 degrees outside. Having your own pool was great. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend ana stay there again.

Nice Getaway

The place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were firm but much more comfortable than I originally thought they would be. The air hockey table doesn’t work very well but it wasn’t a make or break for us. Outside was beautiful and loved all of the furniture. The light switches in the house was a little confusing. Lots is switches and some we couldn’t figure out. We loved the shower and water pressure. There wasn’t a huge long list of rules and check out procedures which was nice. Honestly we would book again!

Green Valley Rental

Overall it was nice. The main things were clean such as sinks, toilets, dishes floors, sheets, pool. The mattresses were great! It's an older home and could use a deep clean of vents and other details; but we would recommend it. The owner was very helpful.

Misrepresented a Heated Pool and Hot Tub

We were promised a heated pool and hot tub. We corresponded with the owner in the days leading up to the trip to make sure we would have a heated pool for the kids. When we got there, the pool was not heated and there was no hot tub. The owners then told us they got confused by a different property they owned. We ended up finding another place on the other side of town so we packed up and didn’t stay at this place. Horrible experience. It seemed intentionally deceptive to lure us into coming and not canceling the reservation. No offer of a refund, just 100 off. Do not recommend.

Quick Vegas get away

Beautiful home close to the Vegas strip. Pool is not heated so a little disappointed about that. The pool was very cold this time of year but other than that it was great! Loved the master bed. Very comfortable! Slept really good.

Enjoyed our stay, all was as shown. Hosts were attentive. The kitchen could use some plastic glassware, for the pool area. The kitchen could use a thorough dusting/ clean of decorations and cabinets. Overall a good choice, great location, easy trip into Vegas. Would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable home

This is a nice house away from the Vegas Strip, yet close enough to drive over for shows. The host has provided some nice welcome touches like pocket-size hand sanitizer, some snacks, hand lotion, etc. An extra perk for our family that didn't show in the listing photos was that EACH bedroom had a TV. A lot of the kitchen has been updated and had pretty much everything we needed for the meals we prepared. For the rest of the house, finishes are builder grade, and some infrastructure items like cabinets, baseboards, and closet spaces could use some TLC/upgrades, but these small deficits were not too off-putting for our stay. The house size, quiet location, and the host's responsiveness are all positives. It's a welcoming modest home. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Las Vegas.

Welcome to this brand-new stylish and cozy two-level home.
As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a blend of comfort, style and convenience. While decorating this inviting retreat we have worked hard to create a feeling of a 2nd home for our guests.

Living area is designed as an open concept space, starting with the lively living room with its small entertainment area, leading to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and backyard doors allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day, and together with the hardwood floors and modern finishes create a feeling of pure warmth and comfort.

Health, wellbeing and safety of our guest is of utmost importance to us, that is why we are following hospital grade protocol for disinfecting the entire house after each check-out.
