The main level GREAT ROOM is a space that invites the whole family to relax and reconnect. The design is impeccable yet laid back with a serene, neutral color palette and accents of natural wood. Pour yourself a cocktail and relax in one of the many plush armchairs surrounding the fireplace and huge HDTV.

Glossy wood floors lead right into the open KITCHEN and DINING AREA, with a formal table with seating for eight and casual bar stools with seating for four. A massive center island holds the farmhouse sink and premier dishwasher. Pristine white quartz countertops provide plenty of workspace while the custom, double-stack cabinets allow for tons of storage. The exquisite suite of appliances includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an in-drawer microwave, and a double gas range with a custom vent hood.

Down the hallway lies the first GUEST BEDROOM SUITE, with a heavenly king-size bed set against a classic shiplap wall and facing the large HDTV. In the ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a double vanity and an enormous, glass-enclosed step-in shower with multiple shower heads. Also on this main level is a POWDER ROOM.

Climb the stairs to the second floor, where the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a king-size bed sitting underneath gorgeous exposed wood beams. This peaceful space includes a sitting area with a fireplace, a large HDTV, and a stunning ENSUITE BATHROOM with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a step-in shower.

This second floor is also home to two more GUEST BEDROOM SUITES, each with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a private ENSUITE BATHROOM with double vanities and step-in showers. The final sleeping space is the BUNK ROOM, with a twin-over-twin-size bunk, a full-over-full-size bunk, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with two sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The genius design of Pompano Dreams not only allows for plenty of private sleeping spaces— but there are also lots of options for entertaining, too. The second level features a cozy SECONDARY LIVING AREA with a comfy sofa and HDTV. Then, on the third level, an endlessly fun-filled GAME/MEDIA ROOM features a Pac-Man arcade game, shuffleboard, a leather sectional sofa, an HDTV, and a screening room with HDTV, bean bags, and leather recliners. Outside is the soaring ALFRESCO LOUNGE and dining area, complete with a built-in grill, a wine fridge, and a sink. The gulf views from this penthouse-level terrace are truly magnificent, while the sea breezes make this one of the most popular spots in the house to unwind. This upper level also includes a convenient half bath.

Back downstairs on the ground floor, the private outdoor PATIO is home to an inviting plunge pool and covered lounge area. Guests of Pompano Dreams will also have access to the nearby community swimming pool.
