This updated condo you will make you feel at home. Cozey up to the gas fireplace after skiing, or soak in the condo community hot tub. Large kitchen with 3 seats at the counter bar and dining table with 4 chairs. 65 inch cable Tv with good cable package, fast wifi. Warm unit with baseboard heat. End unit on second level with no one above! 2 minute drive to the 2 parking lots for the ski area, or take the free town bus just a few steps away. Includes the use of the one car garage attached heated garage and one parking space in front of the garage. No pets per condo HOA rules. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and cooking needs. 4 overnight Occupants maximum. Any combination of adults and children. Town of Steamboat quiet hours start at 10 PM and please be considerate with quiet hours.

I would really appreciate consideration of the unit below by not wearing hard sole shoes or heavy walking which does radiate to the floor below.

This is the first time we had been to Steamboat Springs Co. The accommodations here were exceptional and the contact host was quick to responded to any questions we had regarding the property or the activities in the Steamboat area. It was a wonderful experience for my daughters and myself. We will definitely be renting this comfortable, clean and homey condo again. - B

This one is a good pick!

We were pleased with our stay at this condo. It's got a great location and the owner provides lots of small unexpected amenities, including various spices and basics in the kitchen to make it homey. It's well taken care of and in good shape - in other words, it actually looks like the pictures. The garage is heated and evidently there's a hot tub on property we totally missed, so we'll have to head back and check that out. Be careful closing the garage, it's very tight with large vehicles!

Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here, skiing with my adult daughters. Comfortable unit with well equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, counter seating and dining table for 4 and two parking spaces (one in garage- our Honda CRV fit in). Less than 5 minute drive to parking at steamboat ski resort and at most 15 minutes into Town, but grocery and pharmacy are also 5 min away. We did see people waiting for city shuttle to the mountain, but did not use. We also found our way to the association’s hot tub after skiing. Bob was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond.

I moved to Steamboat 5 years ago from a ski town in NH and loving it. Fantastic place! Steamboats legendary Champagne powder, great backcountry skiing close by, wonderful mountain biking. Add in the cool music scene, special events, the Yampa river, Strings Live Music venue 1 minute away, and much more.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have been remodeling and new furnishings since I bought this condo 3 years ago. Location was the key for me. I can walk to Gondola base in 10 minutes, drive to the 2 parking lots at the ski area in less than a minute. I timed it once at 48 seconds. Quiet Condo complex with only 6 units per building. Vaulted ceiling, end unit. Very comfy spot!
