*This unit does not have standard air conditioning - The evaporative cooling system is a building-wide system governed by the HOA. Please note that it is not turned on until May and turns off in September. Also, this system will not turn on if the temperature is below 65 degrees outside.



Accommodating up to 7 guests, this residence features 4 beds across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, a twin sofa sleeper, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king, while the versatile third bedroom/den includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom.
