When vacationing at the beach, it almost feels like an endless summer! Which is exactly why this Destin vacation home claims the moniker "Endless Summer". This beach house is centrally located in the Emerald Waters Village neighborhood of Miramar Beach, placing it close to sugary shores, emerald waters, and coastal entertainment. Guests will quickly feel at home in this gorgeous paradise with a private pool, a tropically curated yard, and breezy balconies. The home has four bedrooms, four baths, and modern accommodations for up to 10 guests.

Leave your worries at the door because once you step into this beach house, nothing but relaxation awaits you! The first floor is open and spacious, creating an upscale yet laid-back gathering space. Honey-toned floors, coastal accents, and pops of green and blue add to the cozy feel. The living room features two geometric-patterned couches and two green-striped armchairs centered around a blue rug. The seating ensemble faces a TV mounted above a gas fireplace. Wood flooring flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts handsome dark cabinetry and contrasting white countertops. The kitchen has a tiled backsplash, beachy décor, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with four regal blue-suede chairs. Next to the kitchen, a hardwood table and six emerald-green cushioned chairs sit beside a black wall with two colorful crab paintings.

Sliding glass doors in this main great room lead to a private courtyard and swimming pool. The courtyard is a world of its own, with a tiled sundeck, tropical landscaping, and a pool with lion-head fountain sculptures. The covered veranda is furnished with comfy chairs and tables, as well as an outdoor kitchen and wall-mounted TV.

Back inside, you'll find four well-appointed bedrooms that offer the coziest of accommodations. The primary suite is on the first floor. It features a king-size bed, reading chairs, mirrored side tables and dresser, and a flatscreen TV. A luxury ensuite bath boasts dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a huge glass-walled walk-in shower with two shower heads. Each of the guest bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these has a king-size bed, access to a balcony overlooking the pool, and a private bath. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third is a bunkroom with two twin bunks. It shares a full hall bath with the queen bedroom. All bedrooms include TVs. A bonus office on the second floor includes a standing desk, chair, and TV—perfect for getting remote work done if needed.

As guests in this residential community, vacationers enjoy access to two community pools and deeded beach access. The crystalline sands of the coast are only a 6-7 minute stroll from the property. Other nearby conveniences include popular restaurants like the gulf-front Pompano Joe's and tasty Fat Clemenza's on Hwy 98. Vacationers can also take part in discount shopping excursions at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, enjoy family-friendly fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, or upscale dining and shopping at Grand Boulevard.
