Ephraim is nestled along the scenic shores that overlook Eagle Bay and is one of the most sought-after locations to stay on the Peninsula. This two-bedroom, one bath condo is footsteps from the majestic shoreline. You have access to the beautiful garden, gazebo, and Weber grills to enjoy your stay. Since the unit is on the second floor, you can overlook the beautiful garden from your own private balcony.

This perfectly located condo is just a block from the waterfront where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and stunning views. We are a short walk to restaurants, coffee and wine shops, the famous Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor, and so much more. It’s our wonderful happy place and we hope you love your stay!

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
