Make your family vacation unforgettable in this beautifully furnished, family-friendly 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa located in the exclusive Windsor Hills Resort, just 3 miles from Disney. This home is thoughtfully designed with everything you need to relax, play, and create cherished memories.
*Please note the resort water park and water slides will be closed from Jan 5- Feb 14 2026 for maintenance. The resort pool and other amenities will still be open.

• Pool Heating Details: Heating is available for $30/day during cooler months. The pool is heated to 86°F, and the spa to 100°F. Because the pool and spa share the same water supply, the spa can only be heated 14 degrees warmer than the pool meaning the spa may not feel as hot as a standalone hot tub. If pool heating is not desired, the pool and spa will remain the same temperature. Please provide 48 hours’ notice if pool heating is needed.

Great Stay for Families

This house is perfect for families of all ages. We could not have ask for a better stay for my 3 year old and infant! They had all of the details including strollers, pack and play, crib, toddler spoons and cups for the the kids. There are so many options around for dining to choose from. Walmart is also right down the street! Could not have asked for a better stay!

Excellent Disney Home

Our stay at this beautiful, luxury family friendly home was perfect. Clean, comfortable and well supplied. The Disney themed bedrooms were awesome, as was the gameroom, an extra bonus of fun. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and warm. A convenient drive within minutes to Disney parks, restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful stay! Outstanding communication with the hosts, Tara/Jeff. Highly recommend this Home for your next Disney/Orlando vacation!

Great for large or multiple families!

We had an excellent stay at this property with 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 12. Plenty of beds, baths and living space and the kitchen is nice and open. We spent majority of the time at the private pool of the house. The extra dryer was great for quick drying of towels and bathing suits. Great location for quick trips to Wal-Mart or Target. Neighborhood had great security and felt very safe. Home owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay! Would recommend :)

Magical!

We had a lovely stay! We were a group of 6 (mix of adults and a small child). There were plenty of rooms for everyone and every amenity you may need on vacation. If you're planning to go to any of the parks, there's an umbrella stroller and a jogging stroller, and car seats for use. For cooking, there's plenty of utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. Hairdryers in every bathroom, towels, and anything else you need to feel right at home during your stay. The owners are incredibly responsive and the check in and check out process was super efficient. My son is already asking when we can go back!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful week at Happy Thoughts! We had 11 people staying with us, ages ranging from 70 to 3 and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely stay again. One of our favorite features was the abilith to change the thermostat by ourselves witbout having to message the host. Florida weather varies quite a bit in the winter, one day the high was 78 and the next 52, it was absolutely wonderful to be able to switch from a/c to heat ourselves. Something to note- the downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo which was hard for my aging MIL to step into. So if you're choosing this house with a 1st floor bedroom for accessibility, you may want to think about this. All in all a wonderful stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks!!

Good and Bad

First the good. The owner communication is fast and very responsive to everything you ask about. The house is awesome for kids as they different theme rooms really make for a great experience. Neighborhood and the Windsor waterpark area were also highlights of the trip. Your kids will have the time of their life! Opportunity for improvement. The hot tub did not get hot at ALL. While the owners did take off the heating fee, we choose the property because it advertised a hot tub and it was disappointing not have that feature. The beds in the house are not comfortable for adults. Chairs, and beds throughout the house are on the cheaper end of quality. Grill was filthy and please note that most of the kids rooms do not have a TV in them.

We wanted a special place for our entire family to stay close to Disney World. Our home is 8 min from the front gates and we love coming home from the parks and rinse off in our own pool and cook a good meal. We also enjoy the resort area with splash pad and water slides during our non-park days.
