AMAZING STAY!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our Sea View condo this past week. Having the beach right out front was perfect and sand, beach and pool cleanliness were perfectly maintained. We took several walks on the beach and the pool and hot tub were by far, the best in the area! The condo was also beautifully maintained and up to date with renovations. We had plenty of room for our six family members which included myself, husband, son, daughter-in-law and 2 grand children. The master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom which was small and had a full size bed. In one on-line description, it was noted that the bed size was a queen. Our grand children ages 7 and 9 were able to share the full size bed without a problem. We would highly recommend the Sea View.. our condo, on the first floor was perfect especially if we chose to use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator which was rarely busy. All the families we met at the pool were very nice and had children close to our grand children's ages which was an extra bonus. Proximity to great restaurants and grocery shopping was great and we loved John's Pass Village, within a 5-minute drive. We also enjoyed the new restaurant, Tiki Docks, that recently opened at the Cambria Hotel, just a few minutes away. We went on a couple of boat tours which the grand children enjoyed and also rented jet skis in John's Pass Village. This vacation was perfect in every way!.

Beautiful and perfect location.

The staff are amazing. The condo was very nice , room #104. We have stayed in different rooms at different times. It has always been perfect. It's our family's favorite place. Plenty of room for all 7 of us.

The condo is exactly like the pictures show. It is in a great location: easy access to the beach, nearby restaurants and shopping. It has everything you need for a great vacation!

Location, Location

Can't beat the location of this property. This unit does not have a private balcony and for us, the unit was too close to the pool. Property is well appointed and overall nicely decorated. Could use some touch-up of the paint throughout and some grout work in the main shower. The elevator was out several times during our 10 day stay, including the day we checked out.

Overall good

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Toilet brush in both bathrooms contained human feces. Kitchen tile floor was filthy. I spilled water on floor and wiped it up and was disgusted by the amount of dirt I wiped up from floor.

Great vacation

It was a nice place to stay. Only complaint was that the refrigerator handle and the kitchen cabinet handles were sticky with food, but that was easily remedied with Clorox wipes. Otherwise it seemed very clean. It was also very quiet. The beach was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool. It was very close to restaurants.

Relaxing get away

Great beach, pool and short walks to restaurants. Popular tourits attrations by car ~ 30 mins either direction. Food or supplies ~ 15 car ride. Great accommodations. Will definately be going back!

Advertised as a 3 bedroom slightly deceiving

Enjoyed our stay at Seaview The resort was nice, condo very clean & well stocked, property management helpful & friendly. Good location. The only issue we had with the unit is that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom. However the third bedroom is quite small, has no closet and a SMALL cabinet for clothing and items. The person staying in that room has to share closet with bedroom across the hall. Could use a larger dresser or armoir.

Just perfect!

We loved everything about this condo, from the ease of walking to restaurants and bars, to the amazing view from our balcony, to the cleanliness of the unit, etc. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and we were extremely happy with the set up of the pool and hot tub and just being a few steps to the beach - literally! The office was so helpful and extremely accommodating to anything we needed. Everything was truly perfect!

Family getaway October 2020

We have stayed at the Seaview several times and have always had a great experience. Our condo 104 was very clean with fantastic view and the property management was always very helpful. We would recommend It to family and friends.

We loved how close the beach was to the condo. It was easier for a senior citizen in our group to get down to the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub. Maintenance and staff were all great! The condo was great

Great time

We had a great time staying in the unit that we even added an extra night! I loved the security of the building and that there was a front desk area. The view was amazing but it can get loud being that close to the pool with all the kids (we had our own kids so wasn’t a big deal to us!) We had some fly issue in our master bathroom and the shower had some yellow staining. The air took a good two days to cool off since no one was in the unit before us. Also be prepared to bring all your own cleaning supplies including laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, sponge, trash bags as there wasn’t any when we arrived. There are plenty of stores around though and your most likely already going to the store for food and drinks so it wasn’t a huge deal just was unexpected to not even have a starter set of those items. Overall it was a beautiful condo, nice furniture, huge balcony, amazing views, and just a great time!

Definitely would go back

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Sea View 104. The location, ease of access to the pool and beach, and the view were incredible! We took a day trip down to Siesta, and our entire group loved it but noted that we had so much more at our fingertips right at Sea View! Here are the pros: - View - Proximity to the beach and pool (which was great for breaks from the sun, lunch, drink refills, etc.) - Lots of nearby restaurants, stores, etc. - WiFi was very good (with five people with multiple devices, this was very much appreciated!) - Size of pool (always hard to tell from pictures, and this one was bigger than we thought it would be) - Balcony - Televisions Cons (but wouldn’t keep us from returning): - Parking at check-in, but it got taken care of and we appreciated getting an extra space! - Mattresses are REALLY firm (almost went and bought mattress toppers to soften them just a bit) - Nearby units had door locks with keypads instead of keys, and that would have been very convenient. - Dryer was painfully bad (worked, but usually required double runs to actually get stuff dry, which we learned the hard way the first time using it) - Higher level would have gotten us a bit of space from the pool noise, but that was counteracted by the ease of access by being able to use the stairs so easily Overall, we were very pleased and noted that we definitely would return. Our goals were affordability, beachfront, a pool, and a good view. The pros of this visit and unit FAR outweighed the cons, and we look forward to a return trip!

Dated but perfect location.

We enjoyed our time at the beach! The building has lot of codes to get in and out of the facility, so bring paper or a phone to write them down. The building is also dated and needs upgrades. Thankfully the condo is on the first floor, because the elevator is slower then molasses. The condo itself is nice, but pictures make it look bigger. The condo also has bare necessities so be prepared to spend a lot at the local publix. If traveling with small kids I wouldn't recommend this place only because the pool and beach don't open till 10 am. My son is 2, and gets up at 6:30. This wasn't so great for us. First time to Madeira, and it was nice.
