Welcome to our beautiful property, located in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. Our home boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort for you and your guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed.

You'll love the stunning view of the golf course from the living room and outdoor patio. In the evenings, sit back and relax on the couch or enjoy a BBQ on the patio while watching the sunset over the fairways.

Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property also has access to a community pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.

Our condo is located in a prime location, you'll have access to top-notch recreational activities like golf, tennis, a fitness center, and swimming in heated pools. This is a great vacation rental. The pools were awesome, the club house was fun, the golf course looked nice, (we don't play, but it was pretty), and the house was perfect. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely Condo

We stayed here for 6 days while we went to a golf school. The condo is lovely, it is a little dated but has all the amenities you would need. It is in a gated community so you feel very safe. Lovely patio for sitting watching the golfers. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice 4 day vacation - very clean, excellent location and owner is very responsive. Our name was not at the gate when we arrived, I sent owner a message and within a minute he had called the gate and they let us in.

Nice getaway condo Desert Falls

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great value! Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. One suggestion would be to add a screen door to the front door for cross ventilation when you don’t want the air on. Thank you for the great visit!

Desert Falls

We were very pleased with the unit and the Desert Falls community. The property was spotless and the location is excellent. The patio and backyard sit above the 14th teebox of Avondale CC. It was quiet and private. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures provided with lots of nice amenities. The owner was easy to work with and attentive to any of our needs or question. The pool areas across the street are very clean and beautiful. The recreational facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly. Also enjoyed the golf course. My wife and I would recommend this rental. It was a very pleasant experience.
