Spacious apartment located in the heart of the Condado area, San Juan, PR. This exclusive area is known for its beautiful beaches, trendy restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The apartment features a front balcony, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, hood, cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for all your cooking needs. The apartment also comes with 2- bedrooms, each with ample storage and comfortable beds. The bathroom has a shower and tub, and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Baby cribs available(Only on demand) Internet: we have 1 GB per second download speeds and 500 megabits per second upload speeds. Also available: Marble tables, Irons, ironing boards, Coffee makers, Hair dryers, and Kettles. we have a paid laundromat(Only available to guest) We have Smart Lock capability throughout the building and adding more additional cameras. Also, we will have armed security. HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property or on the balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. 2. Guests are not allowed to bring any illegal drugs onto the property. 3. No loud noise or music is allowed after 10:00 PM. 4. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 5. No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host. 6. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the host immediately. 7. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash. 8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host. 9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests on the property. 10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property. 11. No candles or open flames are allowed in the property. 12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from the host. 14. Guests must follow any instructions or rules provided by the host or property management. 15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host. 16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. 17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property. 18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes. 19. Guests must turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving the property. 20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms. 21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the property. 22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property. 23. Guests must immediately report any suspicious activity or persons on the property to the host or property management. 24.
